Hank was pleasant, engaging and efficient as was the finance person - Troy. Other staff I interacted with was respectful and helpful. Even the manager (the who comes to beat you up - JUST KIDDING) was professional. When it's time to purchase again we will be back!

Nice sales group, every one was easy and kind to work with. The transaction went very smoothly and fast. I spent total of 3 hours between 2 days at the dealership and very happy with the end result.
2018 Ford Transit Connect review
This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

Springfield Ford IncReviews
Springfield Ford Inc review
Had great customer service and Tom Devito was top notch. He went out his way to make us comfortable and did a great job explaining all the new features of the truck. Would have given the dealership a 5, but their online business needs some help because when the person who runs that is away, someone should be around to answer the emails. Almost lost me because they didn't respond to my online request from cars.com 3 times.

Recently purchased a new vehicle here through Doug Wojtczak, and could not be happier. He made sure all our needs were met every step of the way, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. This is the second brand new vehicle we have bought through him, and will be back again in the future!

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Pellegrino Chevrolet review
We just purchased a used vehicle from Pellegrino Chevrolet, Westville, NJ. We can't say enough about the wonderful experience and kind treatment we received thoughout the entire process. A huge thank you to Dave, Michelle, and Rafael for their outstanding customer service. They were so down to earth and very friendly! Each of them was a pleasure to work with. Michelle was our salesperson and she was amazing, knowledgeable, and made us feel at home! Our inquiries regarding certain things with the vehicle were addressed and taken care of. Thank you very much, once again!
