This is my third Hyundai and the second time I bought a Santa Fe from Annapolis Hyundai. I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

Has lived up to all of our expectations. Lack of a nearby Genesis Dealer?Service Center has been the only drawback as the closest one is 30+ miles away. As a result the free Valet service offered by Genesis requires many weeks of advanced notice.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

It is quiet and fun to drive. There are many features that make the car standout among its competitors. For instance, it has a rear view camera as well as a road map. It is apparent that Genesis intended this car to be an above average vehicle that can complete with manufacturers like BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

This is my third Genesis G80 (2012 and 2017 previously), now a 2022 model. The comfort and technology and safety are the best around. I think the exterior styling has gotten bah - the 2017 showed mor "muscle" for a luxury sedan. Genesis has also gotten more expensive than they used to be - still better (less expensive) than the competitors but it used to be a great deal - now just OK. That said, Genesis does need to "fix" their interface with Carplay on Music - it used to work great but now, it does not show all my artists or playlists (they are on the phone). Many car manufacturers think this "feature" is safer but it isn't as now I need to pick up my phone to find what I want. Ugh - it used to work great on my 2017 G80.

The salesman, Mr. Hernandez, was extremely friendly, patience, and very knowledgeable of the Kona. He explained the Kona's feature which I didn't discovered or remembered from our exhaustive research of the vehicle. He explained how to use these features before and during the test drive. Mr. Hernandez did more than selling the vehicle to us. He sold Koons. They should be proud to have such a salesman on their staff, kudo. It's a team effort at Koons, the salesman, sales manager, and the financing manager. We didn't finance, but the paperwork was handled by the financed manager. It's all digital and we were given a flash drive with images of the signed documents. It's our first time buying from Koons. We started out with our long time Hyundai dealer from whom we had bought new vehicle previously. We made an offer which they accepted, then they said, "we made a mistake in MD vs VA sales tax." We are from MD buying from a VA dealership. Fair enough, it was an honest assumption mistake, but they didn't come back with an updated price. We had no time to waste, so we went to Koons. We could have financed and then paid it off after a few payments to take advantage of the HMF $1,500.00 incentive, but the time and effort weren't worth it. We paid cash.

My salesperson Michael Watson made this experience on of the easiest I’ve ever encountered in purchasing a new vehicle . I knew what make and model I wanted to purchase ahead of time . We set the details for a visit and timing via text . There was no squeeze play or xx involved . I was in and out in a reasonable time . What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

We love everything about this car. More comfortable and powerful than our previous car, a 2015 Cadillac XT Luxury and the infotainment system is breathtaking. You can select drive modes for comfort, sport, economy and it adusts the engine and ride appropriately. Navigation screen is beautiful, radar enables hands-off lane following and warnings of crossing a lane line.

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

Smooth quiet ride with intuitive control panel makes radio, maps (NAV), climate control, and seating controls easy. Great Bluetooth when answering phone. Beautiful exterior sculpting and inspiring grill. 360 degree camera makes parking in any orientation a snap. My wife and I just love it!
