Family HyundaiReviews
Family Hyundai review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ASK FOR GIO, MATT & ROBBIE! After several extremely frustrating experiences with other dealerships, I rwalked into Watson Family Hyundai in Tinley Park skeptical and honestly ready to give up on buying a vehicle. Gio, Matt, and Robbie completely changed that. They were patient with me from beginning to end. They answered my questions, were transparent about the process, listened to what I actually wanted, and never made me feel pressured. The financing experience especially earned my respect. I had a finance company I wanted to use because I believed it offered me the best terms, and they respected my choice. I never felt like their commission was being put ahead of my best interests. I came in frustrated and guarded. I left with the vehicle I wanted and felt respected and confident about my decision. To the Watson family: you hit the employee lottery with Gio, Matt, and Robbie. Please take care of these men! The way they treated me reflects incredibly well on your dealership and your family name. And kudos to the families who raised them. Integrity, patience, and genuine customer service deserve to be recognized. If you’re considering Watson Family Hyundai, remember three names: GIO. MATT. ROBBIE. Five stars simply aren’t enough. #WatsonFamilyHyundai #FamilyHyundai #TinleyPark #FiveStarService
2025 Genesis GV70 review
A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

Looking for a particular car (year/model) and the dealership was very helpful. I hope they find a car for me - I’d like to give them my business. They’re local and it would be convenient to service my car there.

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

Zeigler Nissan of Orland ParkReviews
Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park review
We had such a wonderful experience working with Djamal Oucif! My husband and I had been shopping around for an SUV to trade in our Honda Pilot and get something new, and honestly, some of our experiences at other dealerships had been disappointing. We didn’t always feel comfortable or welcomed, but Djamal completely changed that for us. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel welcome. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us the Nissan Pathfinder. When we told him we were still planning to look at other SUVs that day, he was completely understanding and never pressured us to make a decision on the spot. He simply told us to take our time and that they would be there if we decided to come back. That really stood out to us! We ended up coming back, and Djamal made the entire process of trading in our Honda Pilot and purchasing our new Nissan Pathfinder smooth, straightforward, and stress free. He was transparent with the numbers, made the deal easy to understand, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Djamal is genuinely one of the friendliest people we’ve encountered at any dealership. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and having someone who treats you with kindness, patience, and honesty makes all the difference. We truly appreciate his help and highly recommend asking for Djamal if you’re shopping for a vehicle. You won’t regret it!
2025 Genesis GV70 review
Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2025 Genesis GV70 review
This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
2024 Genesis GV70 review
Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Hyundai was great! They replaced my engine and starter at no cost to me due to an extended warranty. Their communication and customer service was also top notch. Tom Hagan was the man I was talking to, and he was excellent! He let me know what was going on every step of the way and answered all my questions. He made the the process extremely simple.

Currently waiting on a factory recall that has no fix yet. Car performs well. Service center has not been the best on occasion. Wait time has been relatively long because of long lines of cars waiting for service.

2026 Genesis GV70 review
The Genesis GV70 we purchased new is delivering a on the promise of being an exceptional SUV. We have a GV80 and adding the GV70 to our corral has only deepened our appreciation for the Genesis brand. The GV70 is a great SUV and I look forward to driving it every day. Fit and finish are industry leading, and the driving comfort is exceptional. Handling are braking are superb. I have owned five Audis and our Genesis GV70 and GV80 deliver a better overall ownership experience. The Genesis brand has slightly different take on "luxury" than the Europeans, and I like it! If I needed another vehicle, I would go for another GV70. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Genesis GV70, or any other Genesis vehicle.

Johnny was very nice and professional. I met some real sales xxxxxxx at about 7-8 dealerships. The Mazda was a little too fancy and rode a little too low for me, but would be a great buy for someone else. I saw the following day, the price was jacked about $8,000.00 higher ($24k) Even at $16,000.00, it wasn’t a good fit for me and I went with a 2023 Honda HRV, which I rented after a hit and run accident and ended up really liking.

Golf Mill Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Omar at Golf Mill Chevrolet. He made the entire process of buying our new Suburban easy and stress-free from start to finish. Omar was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He was always easy to reach, answered every question promptly, and kept us updated every step of the way. When it came to negotiating, he was fair, honest, and never made us feel pressured. Even after the sale, his follow-up has been outstanding to make sure everything was going well. Great customer service is hard to find, and Omar truly went above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Your Choice Auto Sales of Joliet review
Had a really good experience at this dealership. They had plenty of vehicles to choose from I found a car that suited my needs and budget without feeling pressured. Great service and definitely worth a visit.
2022 Genesis GV70 review
Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy)Reviews
CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
