Adams North CharlotteReviews
Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Hendrick Motors of CharlotteReviews
Hendrick Motors of Charlotte review
Miguel Chirinos, this is the name that you need to remember when you visit Hendrick Mercedes! Miguel restored our Faith in car dealerships. An outstanding salesman whom I have the upmost respect for. We sincerely appreciate his work, hospitality and advocation for us as his customer. We had been searching for vehicles for a long time and experienced consistent disappointment with prior dealerships. Then one day Miguel took my call and immediately I knew something was different, he actually cared about his customer. We located a car at his dealership and he made a way for us to have this vehicle within the guidelines that we requested with the options that we wanted and providing matching numbers for our previous quoted trade-in values and he did this with the utmost respect and pleasure. He was always happy to take my calls and prompt to reply on all messages and emails, Lord knows I gave him plenty of those. We were so impressed with his service that we went ahead and purchased a second vehicle from him the following week. This dealership is quite a distance away from where I live, but there’s no other dealership that I would consider buying a car from and it only goes through the effort of Miguel. I do want to say that everyone else that we came in contact with at Hendrick Mercedes was phenomenal from the sales to the finance department to the leasing department all the way through. everyone was top-notch and honestly, I would recommend noone else. Miguel, please know how impressed my family and I are with you and how we deeply appreciative all the hard-working efforts to provide us with two wonderful vehicles and as I mentioned before restoring our faith in the business of car sales, negotiations, and most importantly you are a fine men that stands up to his word. Thank you so much, Paul.

The pick up is unbelievable. The comfort is unbelievable. The styling is unbelievable The car is unbelievable. I get more compliments on this car. Buy it and you get way better value than a Mercedes or a Lexus.

2025 Genesis GV70 review
A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

2024 Genesis GV70 review
Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!
2023 Genesis G70 review
Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

2018 Genesis G80 review
I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

CarMax Independence BoulevardReviews
CarMax Independence Boulevard review
I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.
2023 Genesis G70 review
Car is fun to drive, great mileage, nice performance, comfortable on the highway. Only negative is the smaller trunk but since both back seats fold down it is ok as there are only two of us in the family. This is my second genesis and they are great cars.

Great interactions with Ken Miller here. Excellent communicator and pleasant personality. Recommended dealership to buy or sell.
2024 Genesis GV80 review
I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Bryan was in constant contact with us during the whole process. Not pushy, but present. The other team members were also supportive and everything went smoothly. James was key in helping us close out and the process was stress free. Best experience I’ve had to date at a dealership. I will recommend this team to friends and family.

A very good experience all around. Seek out Ruslan Prestwood, he's knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. And the GV-70 is a fantastic automobile.
2021 Genesis GV80 review
Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Carscatch review
Thanks for the experience. The selection was great, and the customer service was exceptional. I would recommendcars catch to anyone who wants a great car.
2019 Genesis G90 review
This is the finest luxury sedan in America that almost nobody knows about, thanks to the bungled Genesis launch and lack of advertising for it 6 years ago. That being said it is spacious, reliable and a tremendously good value. I have driven mine for 6 years now and the car is as tight as the day it came out of the showroom - not a squeak, rattle or part failure once. It is also just about the last of the "normal" big V-8's that burn regular gas and don't have or need turbos to make up for all the forced downsizing cars have gone to 6's and 4's to meet insane proscribed mileage average standards.

Buying my first car felt a little intimidating at first, but Kingstowne Motorcars made it surprisingly easy. Ali walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how patient and honest they were—it made the whole experience feel right.
