I had a routine maintenance appointment at Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls on Wed., Sep. 3 2025. Scott Gilmore advised me efficiently on the questions I had. He explained beyond one answer to a question which was very helpful. I appreciated his attention to detail. I will return in another 5000 miles. Rena Goss

Elyria HyundaiReviews
Elyria Hyundai review
Darien and Jaclyn are unbelievable! The entire approach with the dealership is very calming, communicative, and helpful. Right from the second I talked to Darien we instantly started to build great rapport. We have been to many dealerships in the past month and I can absolutely say that no one has as great of an experience as they offer. They are simply human, real, and helpful.. It’s a nice breath of fresh air to have that in a car dealership. We all know that’s not always the case either. Their willingness to help as much as they did speaks fathoms on how the team truly cares to make sure that your investment is the correct one for you. Their approach isn’t to try and sell you a car but to actually assist and help find the right vehicle for you. Whether it’s specs, tech, or budget the team is very helpful and knowledgeable. If there is a car at Elyria Hyundai that peaks your interest then you are in luck to meet some of the best people in the game!
2026 Genesis GV80 review
I decided on the 2026 Genesis GV80 after test driving a Cadillac Vistiq and Escalade IQ as well as a Lexus TX and found the comfort, quietness, and ride quality far netter in the Genesis. The only vehicle that came close to the GV80 was the Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Caligraphy which I was trading in.

Great Lakes HyundaiReviews
Great Lakes Hyundai review
I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

This is my third Genesis GV70 and obviously I must love this vehicle. I have done side by side comparisons with Lincoln, Lexus, Infiniti and Audi and none offer what the GV70 does for the price. This is a great. luxurious ride and the Advanced model has more features than you could ever use!!

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

Don Sitts Auto Sales review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 Tesla Model Y from Don Sitts Auto! GM Ed Tuma and the entire team treated me with professionalism, honesty, and zero pressure--something that's hard to come by in the car buying world. The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the Tesla. They made the entire process smooth, efficient, and transparent. The 2024 Model Y was in immaculate condition, and very fairly priced. What really stood out was the customer service--everyone I interacted with took the time to answer my questions, explain the vehicle's features, and make sure I was confident in my decision. No gimmicks, no surprises, just a great deal and excellent service. I highly recommend Don Sitts Auto to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle and a dealership experience you can actually enjoy. I love my new Tesla and will absolutely return for future purchases!

Steve was very helpful with getting me from a 2009 Honda Ridgeline to a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Steve is very polite, Manner-able, knowledgeable with answering all of the questions I had. The football game is on. The Steelers aren’t playing at this time but He’s not a Steelers fan but he’s still a super cool guy 🙂. Come get you a car with Steve. He’ll get you together and driving off the lot with your brand new car in no time!!!

Great Lakes HyundaiReviews
Great Lakes Hyundai review
The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service I experienced with this purchase. This dealership truly still seems to put the customer first and realize the value of customer satisfaction.
2023 Genesis G80 review
I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

2023 Genesis G70 review
I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

Brunswick Auto Mart review
Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! The sales team was very helpful and made the buying process very quick and stress free. Definitely recommend. If you check this dealer out make sure to ask for Richard or Tre!
2021 Genesis G70 review
This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

This is not the first car I bought from this dealer. No question, the service is excellent and if there is a need for a new car, choose this dealer. Special thanks to sales manager Matt. There is no task too difficult for him to take on.
2023 Genesis G70 review
Car is fun to drive, great mileage, nice performance, comfortable on the highway. Only negative is the smaller trunk but since both back seats fold down it is ok as there are only two of us in the family. This is my second genesis and they are great cars.

Kingstowne Motorcars review
Buying my first car felt a little intimidating at first, but Kingstowne Motorcars made it surprisingly easy. Ali walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how patient and honest they were—it made the whole experience feel right.
