This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Listen.....Listen to me when I tell you that you're an idiot if you don't buy this sedan for any other reason than you don't like the styling. This vehicle is an absolute home run, out the park, first attempt for Genesis! And I say Genesis because its unlike anything labeled Hyundai. At no point will you feel that you're NOT driving some fancy well known luxury brand, nor will all the attention you garner allow you to think otherwise. From build quality to driving dynamics, this xxxx car rocks! The features that are packed into this car at it's 50k tag (38k w/ friends discount) is just unbelievable. And my driving experience is something I haven't had since my beloved E92 Beemer. You're gonna get pointed at, stares, pics, questions, dates lol, the works! This thing has presence peeps, and it knows how to be lux when it's time, and a bad xxx sports sedan when summoned. Only complaint, I'm 6'2" and someone over 6 feet driving, and your in back, not so comfortable. But under 6ft should be fine. I just love this car man, and truly feel that its ACTUALLY worth the 62k BMW wanted to charge me!!!! If this is indication of whats to come from "Geni", germs should be worried! Dont be shallow folks by saying "It's a Hyundai", this is "beast" worthy!

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!
Fast, comfortable, quiet, great standard features

My G80 Sport exceeds my expectations. More standard features than Audi, MB, Infiniti at much lower price. As fast as my previous Infiniti G37 Sport, but more room in back seat. The G80 doesn't handle like a sports car though, but as a cruiser, it can't be beat. The infotainment system is simple and easy to navigate (unlike the Lexus mouse like controller). It is a heavy car, so mileage isn't the best, and stock Continental tires suck, but everything else is fantastic.

This was my second Genesis /g80,. Actually first was Hyundai Genesis. Loved loved loved it so I got a new one. Wanted something different, maybe better since I had been driving essentially the same car for 3 years. I decided on the G80 Sport for obvious reasons. I live in Illinois mind you where we have harsh winters and many pot holes. My first G80 had no issues, handled great in I climate weather and the pot holes were just a bump in the road LOL. They somehow talked me into the tire and wheel package when I financed this car for about $1,000. I never buy those warrantys. Bought my car in October and all was great until January when I had a blow out from hitting a pot home. Thank heaven I had the warranty as the tire was about $375. Needless to say, by the end of the winter I had 4 more blow outs and 3 additional tire bubbles, all by the way were covered by the warranty. I ended up complaining to Genesis directly as this was really bothering my that the Continental tires they chose for this car were so fragile. I California not a problem at all. By the way, the Continenlals drove amazing, just as they should on a car like this. Genesis did an amazing thing. They understood why I was upset and easily agreed to replace all 4 tires with Michelins. I was blown away. What customer service. Okay, so how did the Michelins do the next winter. From a perspective of blow outs, no issues at all. These tires were amazon only in that they could take almost any punishment at all. From a oerformans perspective, not so great. On a dry open road they were fine. Very comfortable as they should be. Around a corner when the pavement is a little wet, terrible. So mushy and would slide. So not what I wanted my G80 Sport experience to be. By the way, there were no other tire choices other then the Continenlals or Michelins. Next problem, tire choice and expensive often replacement. So I have this awesome looking and cinfirtavle car and it does not perform at all like a Sport version of a luxury car should. Being a Sport version, the tires are staggered. Meaning the back tires are wider 275s and the fronts are 245s. This why we couldn't find a tire company who had both sizes I needed. So a problem. With staggered tires in any sport car mind you is that they can't be rotated only moved from side to side. What this means is that a 45,000 mile tire might only get you 21,500 miles. So for me it means replacing these expensive, terrible performing tires every 13 or 14 months. If it was a Corvette, I would know this going on and would hope I wouldn't have 8 tires replaced the first year. But I guess replacing the tires is just part of the deal when you buy a sports car or even a sport version of a luxury car. Would have been better, a lot better if the Michelins performed better. I guess my advice is never get staggered wheels on a car without knowing that you have to replace in half the tire rating milage. When buying a car with low profile, performance tires, never buy the Continenlals. Again, the regular Continenlals may be just fine but the low profile tires, in the northern states are not a good value. So so frustrating to have an awesome car that suckered at $60k mind you (not what I paid) and have the frustration of flat tires every 3 weeks and the inconvenience of it (thank G-D I took the warranty). And then have a car that performs terribly on squishy tires that have to be replaced every 13 or 14 months. Tobtell you how much I love this brand, I am work G with the sales manager to take what equity I have and roll it into a new G80 3.8 AWD Ultimate with matching tires. My paymwnt will be just a little higher and I would start payments over at 60 months. I am however getting 36, 000 more miles of free maintenence, fresh brakes which would be replaced in 8 - 10 more months, fresh set of 60,000 mile rated tires that can be rotated. Yes the whole ordeal cost me some money. I however learned a few valuable lessons which I wanted to share here in cars.com

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
World-class luxury car at an outstanding price

Took delivery of a Genesis G90 in March and am very, very pleased. The ride, handling, technology, materials, build quality, quietness and performance are excellent. The twin turbo V6 is an absolute gem - even more responsive than the very good V8s in other Genesis and Equus cars I’ve owned. In my opinion, the G90 is close to the equal of a similarly equipped S-Class that costs $45,000 more. The G90 does not equal the Mercedes in prestige or status and probably never will. But it's a fine, world-class luxury car at an outstanding price.

I don't even know where to start!! When I first arrived I was met by Sal, the used car salesmen. This guy was made to sell cars!! He's super knowledgable about cars, their parts and technology. I informed Sal that I was there to see Apple (Internet Sales) whom I had spoke with several times before that. Apple is even more delightful when you meet!! Amazing customer service and such a beautiful attitude. Thank You Apple!! She introduced me to Chris and everything went all the way up from there!!! You have no idea the day we had, I spend about 8 hours with Chris to make this deal happen. Chris was upfront and honest about things. He was helpful, patient, and understanding during the whole process. We looked at numbers between the genesis and sonata. I chose to go with the Sonata, with a $0 down lease agreement. Before we dealt with running credit, Chris assured me that he would get me some ball park figures on monthly payments. He kept his word and many salesmen don't do that. My experience was more service oriented than car buying. I really appreciated that. Who could ask for more? It gets better though. There were no more new Sonata cars on the lot at the moment. Chris offered to take me in his personal vehicle to their lot full of new 2016-2017 cars about a 20 minute drive from the dealership. As soon as we reached the parking lot, the rain came down like no other. It stormed for the entire time we was in the parking lot. BTW, the parking lot was an outside parking lot with no shelter. Chris asked me which car did I like and we saw several cars before returning back to his car. I told Chris which car I wanted, with the options it offered and he went to get. Chris went beyond the customer service experience with me and stepped out of his car in pouring rain to get me the specific vehicle that I wanted with the same color and better options. He was actually able to get me a better sonata sport model with partial leather interior, sun roof, and other options for an extra $12 per month. Chris was amazing. Chris, I don't know how to thank you enough brother, I really appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. After returning to the dealership with the car, Chris was able to pair up with Paulino (Manager) to make the deal happen. There were a few bumps in the road but, Chris and Paulino were persistent about getting me to drive home and not taking the train. Chris was an advocate for me and wanted to nothing but the best for me in this deal. I would recommend anyone to stop by and see whats available for you. They will work for you here!!! And of course, Yahaira! Thank you for setting up my car for me, you were delightful and helpful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all guys!!! See you soon, Edward H.
