2020 GMC Acadia review
For the most part I am happy that I bought my 2020 GMC Acadia however I cannot believe they did not provide a locking gas door and there's no gas cap therefore my car is 100% exposed to people who might want to steal gas out of the car and I'd like to add they trim the back size there was no need to do that it would have provided much more room appreci ate it if the sides and the top went straight back instead of contoured aside from those two things again as I said before I'm very happy to own and drive my 20/20 GMC Acadia thank you.

Phil and his team always does a great job taking care of my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. Just had some recall work done. They hook me up with a Rent-A-Car, but we’re done super quick. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else, even though I pass several Chrysler dealerships on the way.

I submitted the information about my 1997 Geo Prizm online and actually received a telephone call back from Dan. Dan was wonderful! We had a discussion about the initial offer for my car, and Dan kindly went to his manager to discuss possibly raising the offer. He called me back with the good news & I scheduled an appointment to meet with him in person. Dan made this experience memorable. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I had some emotional attachment to the car and Dan helped me through that part of the sale. Thanks so much to Dan for making this happen!

This vehicle has EVERYTHING and MORE.....this Arcadia is definitely a luxury vehicle. We purchased a used one with very low miles to obtain all of the upgrades. I purchased a 2018 with 40k miles, like NEW! I have two children but love the 3rd row for friends and family. Drives smooth and seats fit like a glove.

2014 GMC Acadia review
Mostly good but two rather disappointing accessories. 1) There are no updates available for the on board OEM GPS system 2) There are no instructions available for operating the onboard Rear Seat Panasonic DVD Player. It’s a royal pain trying to try to use it. Owned this vehicle for 5 years. Absolutely NO, NONE, ZIP help from GMC. LCinOH

Being a Veteran and having spent 20 plus years in the car business I found this dealership to hit ALL the marks. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Managers were on top of their game and were not obnoxious or pushy. they had the perfect car for me and made the whole experience a joy ! I drove over an hour to go there and will do so again. I have encouraged all my friends and family to come here. I was very impressed with the GM Evan who demonstrated a skill set not seen in someone in his age group. He was intelligent knowledgeable well-spoken grounded and full of charisma. Truly dynamic !!!!! I highly recommend this company.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Ed Napleton Honda St. PetersReviews
Ed Napleton Honda St. Peters review
I recently was in the Markey for a 2026 Honda Odyssey for my daughter who lives in STL. I liv win Greensboro, NC and had to do my research online and work with a salesperson in a different time zone. I was initially attracted to Ed Napleton hand by the availability and sales price of the vehicles they had for sale. But it was the care and consideration of their sales associate Allyson that sealed the deal. As we ran into obstacles along the sales journey she cleared then and made the sale one of the easier car purchases I have made. I am pretty familiar with buying cars from outside my area but this purchase was the easiest so far. In fact what was supposed to be the day my daughter and her family were to treat dive a vehicle was the day they picked up the vehicle to take home. What was really impressive was we were able to do all the work that normally takes place in the "box" through Docusign and a phone call. From initial inquiry to final sale(4 days) this was a very pleasant experience and we got a great vehicle at a great price.

AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I contacted the dealership service center to help me with my car after dealing with a problem with my starter for longer than I should have. One young man treated me with kindness, respect and compassion. I had already dealt with others who treated me like I was "just a stupid woman." He listened and was quick to come up with a solution. He made sure I was taken care of through the entire process. He gave me his business card, texted me all the information needed and made sure everything was taken care of. They provided me with a loaner car to use while my car was being repaired. When I came back to get my car after it was repaired, Gus recognized me immediately and was quick to help me. I have my car back and now hopefully don't have to worry if my car will start every day anymore. 1st time doing hard car things on my own after the end of my marriage. Where others were not kind, this young man showed me that not all service centers have to be scary and that sometimes a simple gesture of kindness can help me do the hard things. I will return to their service center for future needs and will be sure to ask for Gus!

Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs review
I want to thank Corwin Toyota and James Johring in sales. I have a very crazy schedule and Jim worked within the confines of my schedule to accommodate me. Between a test drive, and finance I was finished in about an hour. This level of personal service is rarely seen these days, so thank you!
2012 GMC Acadia review
We like the Acadia. It has performed well with only a few items that needed repairing. Blower fan behind the glove box. A/C refrigerant leak. Transmission shift to D from R hesitation. Wish we had opted for the AWD but the FWD has been adequate. Good styling and comfortable. Just like a lot of newer car designs, too much plastic in the engine bay. I do all my own maintenance/repairs and this SUV is not too difficult work on.

2014 GMC Acadia review
I am a 78 yr old female and have owned this vehicle since 2014. Great vehicle performance and reliability a comfort drive. The only problem I have is with the 2 front doors scraping the paint off the door sill. This vehicle was driven by owner of the dealership for a few months before I purchased it. On the whole I am still proud to drive this vehicle.

2019 GMC Acadia review
Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Mazda of St. AugustineReviews
Mazda of St. Augustine review
I purchased my Mazda CX-90 completely online from Mazda of xx. Augustine, and the entire process was flawless from the first email to final delivery. Olivia Kruse was fantastic to work with. She stayed in constant, clear contact via email, phone, and text, and handled the e-sign paperwork smoothly and professionally. What stood out most was her transparency. She was upfront about the price and walked me through every detail and fine print so there were no surprises. The whole experience felt easy, honest, and stress-free. Olivia made buying a car online actually enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Olivia if you’re looking at Mazda of xx. Augustine. She deserves recognition from her manager for the outstanding job she does. Manager Christian was great as well. Five stars all the way.
