My experience was very pleasant. How often can you say that about a car-buying experience? I went into the dealership looking for a vehicle and walked out with a great deal and a very nice vehicle in less than 2 hours.
2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

Britt McKee was so wonderful. She met me at the dealership after I got off work and stayed there with me until after 8:00 that night until I purchased my truck. Special shout out to the gentleman in management and the gentleman in finance who also stayed an hour past closing time. I purchased the perfect used Toyota Tacoma. The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. I?d buy from them again, no doubt.

Was this a perfect transaction? No. Would I recommend them? Yes. Some things went wrong, most things went right. They answered questions, they answered calls (and I called them a lot) I bought a car online from photographs. They delivered the car I bought plus sent a small refund, an unrequested refund. What car lot does that? They pointed out the negatives to the car, took more pictures when I asked, double-checked some things for me. I found them to be professional.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

After having a car accident in March where my car was totaled I found Cars 4 U on CarGurus. I was nervous because I had never bought a car pretty much online before. Called the dealership that morning and explained what was going on with my vehicle. Josh Darby suggested I bring it in right away. I gave him my warranty info. He made contact with the warranty company and had my vehicle repaired the same day. I always receive quality service on oil changes, tire rotations etc. I don't take my vehicle to any other dealership.
2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

My husband and I just bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue from McMinn Motors, and we are smitten. Sales was great. Other reviews state they did not reach out. This dealership was the most laid back I have been to. I am not sure why others want sales guys calling them back to back? I'd rather come somewhere like here. They gave me the keys and 30 mins to look over the car MYSELF without standing over my shoulder. These men DO IT RIGHT! Thank you fellas.

2012 GMC Acadia review
We like the Acadia. It has performed well with only a few items that needed repairing. Blower fan behind the glove box. A/C refrigerant leak. Transmission shift to D from R hesitation. Wish we had opted for the AWD but the FWD has been adequate. Good styling and comfortable. Just like a lot of newer car designs, too much plastic in the engine bay. I do all my own maintenance/repairs and this SUV is not too difficult work on.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Rice Buick - GMC Inc.Reviews
Rice Buick - GMC Inc. review
Rice Buick - GMC delivered beyond our expectations! My husband and I little road trip (3+hrs) from Clarksville, TN in the middle of our recent winter snow/ice storm was well worth it. Corresponding with sales (Daniel) was spot on...very friendly, professional, and pleasant addressing my concerns and making time for me immediately!! New ownership sank in shortly after our initial text/conversation; photos were sent to me directly soon after clearing off the snow/wheeling it in to be detailed. All that for me, WOW!!! My 2024 GMC Yukon 4WD SLT (Luxury Package w/Ultimate 22" wheels), sterling metallic, mileage 5132 and that's unheard of is an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY! The entire purchasing process was swift and seamless. We were greeted by name with smiles by everyone upon entering the dealership, making us feel very comfortable like family. The entire team (from sales consultant to finance to product and delivery specialist) all valued me as a customer, thoroughly walking me through set up/familiarization of the premium infotainment system. Rice Buick - GMC - Winner, winner and I highly recommend them, 100% The Smart Choice!!!
2020 GMC Acadia review
For the most part I am happy that I bought my 2020 GMC Acadia however I cannot believe they did not provide a locking gas door and there's no gas cap therefore my car is 100% exposed to people who might want to steal gas out of the car and I'd like to add they trim the back size there was no need to do that it would have provided much more room appreci ate it if the sides and the top went straight back instead of contoured aside from those two things again as I said before I'm very happy to own and drive my 20/20 GMC Acadia thank you.

2011 GMC Acadia review
I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Knox Drives review
They were pretty great, I worked with Matthew Smith. At first I got a Chevy Traverse, which broke down on me on the interstate. But they came and got it and replaced what was wrong, but I still decided I wanted to trade for another vehicle. It was a bit of a hassle at first but Matt really helped me out and reached my monthly payment limit for me. So I’m very appreciative of him!
2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

Knox Drives review
Very good buying experience! Most of paperwork done online before hand. Had trouble with my 08 GMC Acadia and Justin helped with the repairs even though it had been months since I purchased the car! His mechanic done a good job but couldn't quite fix everything in the front end? But I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Knox Drives!!
2021 GMC Acadia review
My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!
