BRING YOUR OWN BIDS RETAILReviews
BRING YOUR OWN BIDS RETAIL review
I chose to do business with them because they made it less stressful for me. This was vital when it was a 1 hour 25 minute drive. My salesman is a fellow veteran which made it seem that much better. This was probably the easiest it has been to buy a car for me.

They had a truck I was looking at. Salesmen and manager were both great to deal with. We couldn’t come to an agreement on the one I called on but they looked all over to find what I wanted. In the end I found one a little closer to Home that checked enough boxes. Didn’t end up buying from them but would not hesitate to in the future. Top notch guys.

Would give it a 5 star but for the lack of a mettle bumper and the dumb location of the headlight control and 4 wheel drive control (almost half to open the door to see them) along with the fact I half to duck down to see the fuel gauge.

Glenn E Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep review
As a former Chrysler Corp. ASE Nu Car Prep tech, a long time Chrysler trained new car dealer service technician, at 4 Chrysler Plymouth & Dodge dealers, (1984 Los Angeles Zone Winner), Quality Control Tech, race engine & car builder, & NHRA racer, with Glenn E. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep's impressive long history and association with the Chrysler Corporation, I came back for seconds.. . .with a trade-in. I took delivery of a brand new 2026 Ram Laramie 3500 Crew Cab Dually like the Bighorn it replaces. Now, I understand that the process of negotiating the pricing of a special, built-to-order with trade-in can be challenging, but the experience team of leadman- Greg, Brad, & Sonya, came through! Former G.E.T.D.C.R.J. sales, Nate Jimenez, recommended Greg, and he made it happen. Thanks again to Greg and his team! I'll be keepin' in touch. Be Cool. Kelley ChevroletReviews
Kelley Chevrolet review
After inquiring about a vehicle I saw online Shawn sent me a video of the vehicle and that was enough for my wife and I to take the Hour and a half drive to the dealership. We met Shawn who was ready and had the vehicle ready for us to see and drive. All went well and we decided to purchase the vehicle. I asked for new brakes to be put in the Acadia and that was completed after a couple of days so my wife and I made the trip back to pick up the vehicle. We encountered a license plate issue when we went to pick up the vehicle. There was a communication issue I think happened because we closed the deal and signed everything the first time we were there. We thought we were going to get a paper plate when we came back but in reality I needed my old plate which I did not bring. This create issues because without my plate I would have to go home and come back a third time to bring back the old plate. We understand communication issues happen - to us what is important is what happens to resolve it when it comes up. As far as the plate goes since the paperwork was done early, it created a liability issue that could have made us go home without the vehicle we paid for and take the 2 hour trip back. Not to go into the details but Shawn, the General Manager and Adam came up with a solution after spending a lot of time and effort looking for a way to resolve the issue. That kind of time and effort is what makes the difference between an average versus excellent place of business. Shawn was really good handling this resolution.

Even though Jesus was the only person working the day I went and it was PACKED he was able to take care of everyone there.
2018 GMC Canyon review
I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

East Coast Volkswagen review
We only stopped by to look around. We knew it wouldn't be long before we would needed to replace our current ride. That's when we met George Haddad, a very nice gentleman, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us several there on the lot. We did actually find one we liked and that's when George went to work, he gathered all our information and told us about all our finance options. He then introduced us to business manager Daniel Fleur who helped us to complete our transaction and purchase a new (to us) vehicle from this dealership. These two were courteous, professional, and very understanding when we had questions. We will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least consider coming here before making a final decision any where else.

Very easy process. We were treated in a fair and straightforward manner. Did not feel pressured. Oz and Hypatia were very pleasant and we felt that we were given a fair deal. Recommend.
