I literally had the best experience. I put in my phone number when searching online because I was curious About my ability to buy a car. Patrick called me the next morning and he talked to me and was patient and listened and heard all of my concerns and my roadblocks and obstacles. He was extremely reassuring. I have a two year-old that was being loud and wild in the background & it did not deter Patrick, He stuck with me and was so patient. We ended up doing the whole process over the phone. We picked out a car together. He went out and took pictures for me. He ran the credit app. His manager worked with my credit situation As I had closed bankruptcy a year ago. Not only did they get me approved For a brand new car, It was a payment that was Within my budget, with the down payment being in my ideal range & The interest rate was even lower than I anticipated. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. I told Patrick that I had to drop my daughter off at 5pm and be home to take an exam at 7pm So I just couldn’t make it work to get to the dealership that day. Well He delivered the car at 6pm! We signed the paperwork and he took my trade in back with him. Like what! I woke up that morning, hoping they would give me a call so I could ask a couple questions and I went to bed that night with a brand new Of my house & I never set foot in the dealership. (I’ve test drove a friends before that had the same model). Anyway, I cannot express enough, how wonderful Patrick and this dealership was to work with. This was true customer service.

2022 GMC Sierra 3500 review
I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

2020 GMC Sierra 3500 review
The Texas Edition combined with the X31 package and premium SLT makes a very nice combination. The Sierra 3500HD gives you a luxury interior and ride with all the capabilities of a great pulling truck. The Duramax is quiet yet powerful. It is no doubt the best of trucks for 2020.

My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. It's been 2 mos since buying my '11 GMC DENALI dually from Lime Ridge. I live nearby and am always impressed with their inventory, so after deciding to upgrade my ride, I reached out via their website and Jamien called. This was my 1st diesel purchase, so I had many questions for him. Afterwards my wife and I decided to visit the dealership, where we test-drove 5 different trucks. It turned out to a very busy day for the dealership, but Jamien was patient and gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. He also hooked me up with some performance mods as part of the deal, gave me a fair price on my trade, and has even taken care of some issues I discovered after the fact...at zero cost! Jamien has been great to work with before, during, and after the purchase. I have been 100% pleased with this place and highly recommend them. In a world full of used auto dealers, these guys stand out above the crowd!
2018 GMC Sierra 3500 review
An overall nice truck but for a person at my size(5,11) the mirrors and posts really block the view. My tinted windows really amplify the problem. The hood also takes a bit of room for a short person. Its a comfortable ride and works well in my line of work in excavation. The sound muffler in the hood makes you think something is wrong but apparently its not.

2021 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Has a really Big feel to it. I currently use mine to pull gooseneck trailer. I haven't had a load yet that I couldn't pull. The downsides to this truck is to me I feel it could get better fuel mileage. Also I had trouble with #4 injector...dealership replaced it. Now my AC doesn't work all the time. Although it sounds like it's blowing it isn't.

2020 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.
