I routinely use Imperial Toyota in Milford, MA. They are my "go to" dealer. My Sienna is 12 years old with over 250,000 miles and thanks to the service department, it has never broken down. They are on top of the necessary maintenance and repairs to keep my vehicle issue free. That is priceless to me. I also love that every time I come to the dealer, the same service advisors are there. Many dealers have new service advisors every couple years. Though Jarett is my favorite advisor, I believe they are all good at their jobs and helpful. I find Jarett to be the most helpful though. He helps me prioritize the essential repairs/services if I cannot afford to do all at once. Imperial Toyota has a nice, large waiting area with comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee and tea. They have a separate room for children to play. If major work needs to be done on the car, you can rent a car for the day for a reasonable price.

WOO is amazing, takes a personal interest to attend and meet my service needs especially in cold December when I couldn’t get roadside assistance to answer he personally came and jumped off my dead battery and helped me get back to the dealership .( Glad I was just up the road ) He put me in a loaner so to check my car out for overnight , it was in fact only the battery so Acura replaced and WOO had me back in my ride within 24 hours. Thank you WOO and Acura Service department and had a battery check up today and it’s all good !

Was able to schedule service in advance, vehicle was accepted on time and took a reasonable amount of time to complete the service. Service department facilities were clean and had fresh coffee and comfortable seats for waiting.
