This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you feel like you are greeted by your family and they want to help you in everyway that they can. Steve was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing! He did not stop until we were satisfied and he never pushed us into making a sale. He was calm and knowledgeable and truthful. Steve made us feel right at home and was patient with us the whole time. After going to some other dealerships and testing different cars, my heart always came back to this place and the Buick encore, I just had to come back. After running my credit, it turned out it was not the score I thought it was and that it could have been a problem for me to buy a new car but they did not quit, we kept everyone in that shop until 7 PM and they helped us find a more than generous payment for the car I love. They were patient through all the paperwork and answered every question I had. If you want a car and a great shopping experience, come here right away! These people will bend over backwards for you no matter what and i promise, You will not regret it!

I've had midsize SUV's before and I like the larger door size, cargo space, and so forth. So the Terrain seemed to be a logical model to test, and I was impressed with the test drive and bought it. After a year I've been pretty happy with it but a couple of things stand out. The back seat does not fold flat to increase cargo space and this seems to be kind of ridiculous and to spoil the whole idea. And recently I had to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty, because of using E85 fuel, which the service manager told me is not good for the fuel systems despite this being a flex-fuel vehicle. The other thing is that while I was happy with the 4-cylinder engine at first, I now wish I'd opted for the V6 as the car is kind of out of its element in highway driving. Don't get me wrong, it will get you there, but my foot is on the floor a lot more often than I'd prefer. If I trade this one off in the next few years I'll definitely opt for the V6. Overall I am very pleased with it.

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
My wife & I had an easy, expedient & pleasurable experience buying our used car from Steve Swantko. We were treated with respect, kindness & honesty. We will definitely return to Superior Acura for the purchase of our next vehicle.

I like the look. Was looking at an AWD model. 20-30mpg going from a 12mpg truck. I recommend the leather interior quality seemed better than cloth for sure
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
After purchasing a new car we also added the protective coating inside and out. Looking at the car in daylight the next day we saw that the inside job was not done right. We took it back once and we thought it was corrected until we lifted up the seats and also noticed other areas that were not fixed. On bringing the car back for a second shot at fixing and since our original salesman was not there Baroque stepped up to the plate and really oversaw that it was done right this time. We were there for 5 hours and he kept checking in with us and the service dept. to make sure that it was done correctly. It was great to know that the whole sales dept.works as a team so that our problem was taken care of correctly. Thanks again Baroque!

This is my favorite vehicle that I have owned. It is so comfortable and quiet and the ease and comfort makes me feel luxurious. I would change nothing about it.
I was highly impressed with the exemplary sales service that I received from Ricky Brown at Tom Gill Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about all of the makes and models on the lot, which helped us to weed out a lot of cars that would not fit our needs. His patience, honesty and integrity were truly refreshing!

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
I recently went into Tom gill and I had my eyes set on a SUV, However It was out of my price range and The salesman duo of Demoore Gray and Jayson Lopez made me a happy and gratuitous customer, they help me find a car that would make me proud and happy to drive and they treated me with respect and understanding. I am very thankful this amazing experience even though I was not the easiest to work with.

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.

I love it. It drives smooth, great on gas and it’s comfortable. The backup camera is amazing, super clear even in rain or snow. Highly recommended.

The car is perfect for starting my new family. Easily fits 5 and has plenty of room for a car seat. Sleek and stylish exterior.

I’ve had this vehicle for a couple of months. Big upgrade from my little Ford Focus. Love that we can use it to travel as a family and don’t always have to take our truck. And let’s face it-Black on black-it looks hot!
This was the fourth GMC which we have purchased from Jeff Wyler in the last 10 years, and is the second one in the last five months in which we have had the pleasure to be served by Kevin Meier. Kevin is an utmost professional, and it is truly a joy to work with him. His honesty and no-nonsense style make it a very enjoyable experience to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle (GMC 3500 Denali) was great, and he was aware of what the competition had to offer, and he showed/told us about the advantages of the GMC over the competition (Ford). Kevin had good communication with us before the sale, and has also followed up with us several times in the past two weeks since the purchase to make sure we were satisfied and happy. The rest of the people at the dealership that we dealt with (Jason and Bill) were friendly, helpful, and gave us confidence that we made the correct choice by purchasing our GMC from Jeff Wyler. We have built up the rapport with various people at Jeff Wyler over the years (Scott in Service is excellent!), so we felt very good about our choice of vehicle and dealership, and will do it all again when the time comes for another GMC.

This is a really nice SUV, however it is slightly overpriced. I received the same luxuries that the Denali contained in my 2019 Chevy Equinox plus more at a much lower price. I not quite sure on the smoothness of the ride because the car salesman took me down newly placed streets.

I had a 2017 Acadia Denali. Loved the 3.6 liter engine but didn’t always love parking it. My 2019 Terrain Denali is a Baby Acadia. First row - identical. I am even using my first row floor mats from the Acadia in my Terrain. Second row, smaller but still plenty big. Love that it is skinnier. Makes it a dream to park. Do I miss the bigger engine? Sure, but do I need it? No. Still plenty of power, and the on off function when you come to a stop is subtle/smooth. If you don’t need 3 rows, go with the Terrain. Still has a lot of towing capacity. Gas mileage great.
It was a great experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a positive experience
