I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Mike R was amazing. He even traveled to Chicago to bring our car to a different locations so we could see it. I would highly recommend this location.

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀

Phillips Chevrolet was EXCELLENT. My amazing team consisted of: Jordan my salesman that closed the deal, Anthony the manager, and Rami the first salesman I spoke to. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I needed her in a safe used car, with low miles. I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with another dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership 18,800 cash for a 2024 Altima, but canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager, hugging the salesman, and promising to buy all my future cars from them. They did not haggle with me, and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. My husband checked and said it was way under priced. My brother who is a large man- gave it a xxxx of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. At the other dealership I was nervous when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(.. LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Bought 2013 SLE 4cyl Terrain used and a year old in 2014. It's 2022 and it has 35,000 miles on it This little truck is like a race car. Had to replace the transmission. It blew up as I left getting it inspected. Pretty stupid that it's impossible to check Trans fluid . whos dumb idea was that? Signals come,on randomly. Tires are difficult to find 235/60/17 101.. This Little SUV is ridiculously fast for a 4 cyl 4 banger!!

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.

Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

This vehicle owned up to the GMC name. We never had an issue with this vehicle at all. The amenities were excellent with the model we had. I came with its own phone number provided by At&T along with WiFi! Sunroof, leather interior and not to mention OnStar. Great purchase!
