2026 GMC Terrain review
We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

2020 GMC Terrain review
I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

2019 GMC Terrain review
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

2023 GMC Terrain review
We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I’ve purchase several new Cadillac vehicles over last 20+ years. To be honest, It’s been several years since my last new Cadillac purchase. So, in 2020, I decided to trade in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali and obtain the new 5th Generation Cadillac Escalade! In early November 2021, Cadillac.com initially referred me to Carter Stenburg, Internet Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills (California). After receiving an introductory e-mail from Carter, I called Carter and discussed what Escalade trim I was interested in as well as other questions about optional features. Carter was very professional; polite and patient with me. Any questions he could not answer during our calls, He would immediacy get back to me with the answers. Carter suggested that I order a 2022 Escalade using the “build feature” on the Cadillac.com website. I built the 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury with the desired trim and options and generated a PDF file which I e-mailed to Carter. Thanks Carter!! Cater then introduce me to Brian Epps, Cadillac Sales Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills!! OMG! I can not say enough praises for Brian! Brian is amazing! Like Carter, Brian was very professional; very knowledgeable; very patient with even more questions that I had; made very good suggestions about some upgrade options to my vehicle build; etc. He “really knew his stuff”!! Mid November 2021, We reviewed my updated 2022 Cadillac Escalade build one last time. I agreed to the final build. Brian had his colleagues place my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury order (again, November 2021 “timeline”). Again, Thanks Brian!!!! Well, It seems that in December 2021, My 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury order was accepted / approved / built at the GM Factory in Arlington, Texas with only 2 minor constraints due to the worldwide chip shortage and limited auto parts shortage - Not Equipped with Steering Column Lock and Not Equipped with 4-Way Power Driver and Front Passenger Lumbar. Brian personally called me late January 2022 and informed me that my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury (order) arrived at the dealership. I was very lucky during these challenging times in the automotive industry to received my 2022 Escalade within a few month of ordering the vehicle build. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is part of a larger company and I (could be wrong, but ...) think that perhaps the dealership's outstanding reputation and / or their sales volume had something to due with my quick build turnaround. Anyway, after Brian’s call over the weekend, I arrived at the dealership the next day – January 31st, 2022 and met with Brian. Traded in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali (the dealership gave me a fair price for the trade in ...). While at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Joseph Norkewicz, Manager (we meet prior – Great Guy!!). While going through the “paperwork process” the reception staff at the dealership was so nice to me and checked on me to see if there’s anything they can do for me (water; Starbucks's Coffee at the dealership; etc.) - Very Nice! Very Classy and Professional! However (next to Brian), me acquiring my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury would not be possible without the help and assistance of Frank Rastegar in Finance!!! Thanks Frank!!!! Left that day with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. I love the vehicle! I get complements everywhere I go (and of course, I tell everyone to call Brian Epps at Cadillac of Beverly Hills …). So, Bottom Line - I’m very happy with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade. Very Happy with the vehicle arriving at the dealership two months after placing the build order! I’m very humbled by how the Brian in Sales and Frank in Finance help me achieve my dream car!!! Finally, I'm looking forward to having my car serviced by Erik Curtis and the service staff at Cadillac of Beverly Hills! Much Thanks Cadillac of Beverly Hills!!!!
2023 GMC Terrain review
Pleased with overall package. Not for speed enthusiasm driving but will get you there. Average gas mileage. Ride not the smoothest but okay. Overall, I'm pleased. Haven't had an American car in years. This Terrain SLT is nice 👍🏾.

2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. I built the 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury with the desired trim and options and generated a PDF file which I e-mailed to Carter. Thanks Carter!! Cater then introduce me to Brian Epps, Cadillac Sales Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills!! OMG! I can not say enough praises for Brian! Brian is amazing! Like Carter, Brian was very professional; very knowledgeable; very patient with even more questions that I had; made very good suggestions about some upgrade options to my vehicle build; etc. He “really knew his stuff”!! Mid November 2021, We reviewed my updated 2022 Cadillac Escalade build one last time. I agreed to the final build. Brian had his colleagues place my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury order (again, November 2021 “timeline”). Again, Thanks Brian!!!! Well, It seems that in December 2021, My 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury order was accepted / approved / built at the GM Factory in Arlington, Texas with only 2 minor constraints due to the worldwide chip shortage and limited auto parts shortage - Not Equipped with Steering Column Lock and Not Equipped with 4-Way Power Driver and Front Passenger Lumbar. Brian personally called me late January 2022 and informed me that my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury (order) arrived at the dealership. I was very lucky during these challenging times in the automotive industry to received my 2022 Escalade within a few month of ordering the vehicle build. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is part of a larger company and I (could be wrong, but ...) think that perhaps the dealership's outstanding reputation and / or their sales volume had something to due with my quick build turnaround. Anyway, after Brian’s call over the weekend, I arrived at the dealership the next day – January 31st, 2022 and met with Brian. Traded in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali (the dealership gave me a fair price for the trade in ...). While at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Joseph Norkewicz, Manager (we meet prior – Great Guy!!). While going through the “paperwork process” the reception staff at the dealership was so nice to me and checked on me to see if there’s anything they can do for me (water; Starbucks's Coffee at the dealership; etc.) - Very Nice! Very Classy and Professional! However (next to Brian), me acquiring my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury would not be possible without the help and assistance of Frank Rastegar in Finance!!! Thanks Frank!!!! Left that day with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. I love the vehicle! I get complements everywhere I go (and of course, I tell everyone to call Brian Epps at Cadillac of Beverly Hills …). So, Bottom Line - I’m very happy with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade. Very Happy with the vehicle arriving at the dealership two months after placing the build order! I’m very humbled by how the Brian in Sales and Frank in Finance help me achieve my dream car!!! Finally, I'm looking forward to having my car serviced by Erik Curtis and the service staff at Cadillac of Beverly Hills! Much Thanks Cadillac of Beverly Hills!!!!
2023 GMC Terrain review
Pleased with overall package. Not for speed enthusiasm driving but will get you there. Average gas mileage. Ride not the smoothest but okay. Overall, I'm pleased. Haven't had an American car in years. This Terrain SLT is nice 👍🏾.

2016 GMC Terrain review
I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2026 GMC Terrain review
This will be my 3rd GMC Terrain. Each has been reliable for me, and on my 1st put over 200,000 miles on before trading in. for this 2026 I traded in my 2020 with almost 100,000 miles, but the deal was right and came at a good time. I love the comfort of this year's version, the acceleration and performance outdo previous versions. Spacious for 4, and room enough for 5, with plenty of cargo space. Compared to other cars of similar size and style, this one was right!

My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!
2024 GMC Terrain review
To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.
