Found me a truck that I have been looking for. Had several on the lot but I’m very picky and knew what I wanted. Since they didn’t have the exact thing u was looking for, the salesman spent the rest of the day finding my truck. He went personally and picked it up and got it through service very fast and I was ready to roll with all tests ran and a great truck on top of it. Absolutely would go to this dealership again. Looking for a car and an SUV next year for the family. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready to pull the trigger on my/our next vehicles

RC Automotive review
I have bought and sold over a dozen vehicles with RC auto and Chris. The service department is elite. These guys are trustworthy - ignore all those reviews questioning the integrity of the employees at RC. I will vouch for any of them personally.

Big O Auto LLCReviews
Big O Auto LLC review
Big O Auto was a real nice experience. They had a real nice Honda that was really rebuilt well. Jackson even went so far as to give me a virtual test drive. Yes. He recorded the drive and showed that everything worked and that there were no CELs. And even tho I’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks, it’s driving great. Big O Auto is a nice place to do business.

LaFontaine Buick GMC of Lansing review
It was my fault for not checking the tires before I signed the contract. Even though I returned to the dealership with my concerns about the tires on my truck?s condition and the service manager gave me 50%off a set of four tires saving me about $645 and that?s what I call great service after the fact.

Landers Family Pre-OwnedReviews
Landers Family Pre-Owned review
Tristan was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional without being pushy or invasive. He provided the CarFax without hesitation, walked me through any issues with the vehicle with full disclosure, and agreed to repair the stereo at dealership cost. I'm grateful for Landers for helping me get the car I've wanted for years, and for the valid sales price! I'll definitely return and recommend to others.

Hudson AutoworksReviews
Hudson Autoworks review
Overall, my experience wasn't bad. The office I went to which was actually the collision part of the store can be missed if you're not sure where you're going. I worked with Kobe and he was patient with me since I had brought my wife and kids along with their carseats to test out the Subaru and how the carseats would do. Could have haggled more for a better price, but I had financing already taken care of before coming to the dealership and they ultimately got me in the SUV I had my eyes on. It was good doing business with Kobe and Andrew!
