My Overall Experience was Wonderful as Always with Serra Kia. Schedule appointment with Teresa for Spark plugs, was greeted with a smile and Hello. Teresa told me the time frame of the Service & asked ~ Did I need anything else to be checked (I couldn't think of anything). Service took about an hour, So I tested drove a Car while my car was being serviced. Tom - "Kia Salesman" was able to answer my questions on the current Kia Lineup of Vehicles. Once I was done with my test drive. My car was ready 20 minutes later. Teresa gave my the report from the mechanics multi point inspection and everything was in order, paid my invoice and left. I drive a lot to and from work, and every time I have my Kia Service with Teresa. I feel like a VIP every time, she listens and tell me what my next service is needed in the future so I won't be surprised. This service was a 10 out of 10 from everyone that I've encounter that day. Even met a new member of the team Kelsey. I drive an 1hr for Great service from Teresa @ Kia Serra.

This car is a fabulous car for family and traveling. It is roomy, has capacity for kids and sports gear, and is safe. I have been rear ended twice in a Yukon and there was minimal damage to the Yukon and extensive damage to the other vehicles.
