We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
2021 GMC Yukon review
I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

Overall really solid salesman Joe was a great guy very knowledgeable and humorous made the time a little less stressful. I really enjoyed how they were able to fit around our weird situation co-signing they work with u and put out any options available. The car was in beautiful condition other than some minor cosmetic issues the car drives like a beauty. Only problem I had with the whole experience was the finance rate it was originally at 17% don’t judge our credit isn’t the best lol but when they sent the Docusign it was at a 18% with a higher monthly payment we were able to figure it out and the only thing I suggest when shopping here is to make sure ur Docusign is correct cause it was a odd ball for sure but it isn’t enough to throw it off a star they handled it and made sure we weren’t feeling like they up charged or scammed us it was a overall good experience would suggest them to other buyers
