This is the forth time I bought from Opequon Motors, the sales was fast and great, the Salemen were friendly and very helpful. They gave me a very reasonable trade-in value for my vehicle. Would I buy from them again? No question about it.
Pretty good overall experience. I bought a nice used car. The salesman was friendly and went with me on a test drive. My first initial contact was online via email. We set up an appointment at my convenience. When I arrived the salesman had the car pulled out and parked up front and ready for me to examine and test drive. The only thing I would complain about it is that it took quite a long time to get to the finance manager's office to complete the sale because they were having slow internet/computer problems, which caused me to wait a considerable amount of time. They were very apologetic and made every effort to try to get me going as soon as they could. I would return to this dealership in the future.
NEW CAR PURCHASE: Tim Moats was excellent to work with. He was recommended by a friend. I called on Tuesday and discussed what we wanted to purchase and ask if we could schedule an appointment to meet on Wednesday. Tim was scheduled off the Wed before Thanksgiving but came in to meet us. He was excellent thru the entire deal. The evening of delivery he took time with my husband to review all the options, paired his phone, explained each feature in detail and filled vehicle with gas (38 gallon tank!). Picked up on a Thursday and he called on Saturday to see if we had any questions or concerns. This is our 6th Toyota and Tim made vehicle purchase one of the best.
Our salesman, Micah Youngbar, once again gave us impressive and responsive customer service. (We are repeat customers). He came in twice on his days off to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. I have yet to visit a friendlier and more responsive dealership than Hagerstown Honda and I visited or contacted four area Honda dealers before purchasing our new 2018 Honda CRV LX. Ian Smith was also responsive with all of my internet inquiries before my on-site visit to the dealership.
Stacy Crabtree was a tremendous help in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first vehicle. My husband has always handled this process, but with his passing I was dreading doing this on my own. My son was a great support, but Stacy was very kind, patient and understanding through the entire process. He never pushed me or pressured me, but answered every question and eased my uncertainty. Each person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I think the other gentleman I talked with was Rick but I'm not sure, I'm bad with remembering names. I have already recommended Stacy to a friend of mine needing a new SUV. Thank you Kia for your help in this difficult task for me!
We had very good service for our Honda Accord last Friday ! Harold took very good care of my car. We are glad we drive this 10 year old car and enjoy all our journeys. Whenever we have a problem we get good service from Miller Honda. Time to get on the road! Thank you Miller Honda!

Heading down 11 south, Honda was slip sliding about! Saw the Don Beyer sign and pulled on in for service to advise. Was met by Christina with a smile to my surprise. She got the slead to the service shed for some new tread without much having to be said. It was all so seamless, that I will definetly return when needed! Santa Claus

I went there to buy 2013 Kia Sorento and I met some lady her name is Debbie, she is a very smartest underwriter and salesperson.
She is a very friendly person like my sister and works professionally with amazingly quick.I arrived there at about 3:30 PM but I could pick my new car up at 4:30 PM, it took only 1 hour!! test driving/all paper works with loan processing.I strongly recommend this dealer and Debbie and you will be happy~~Thanks, Debbie.
