Great selection of inventory, knowledgeable and polite salespeople (especially Dom and Jon) and a beautiful facility gave Crowley VW the edge on a day where I had already seen 2 other dealerships. This is the third car my family has purchased from the Crowley group but the first from VW. This team has set the bar way above their competition.

When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

I've had dozens of excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service work over a 16 year period. ALWAYS treated like a valued customer, ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. In return, I have also treated them exactly the same. No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. Organized, professional and articulate. Biggest mistake I made was not buying my new car at Stephens. I've never had one single bad experience.
Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.
The service department at O'Neill's is professional and efficient. They keep customers informed throughout the service process and don't perform extra services without a thorough consultation.
The waiting area is clean and equipped with chairs that make laptop use easy. Very nice to be able to get work done while waiting.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
They are a great dealership. I sent my father there after I bought my truck and he had the same experience. First dealership I have ever been to where I did not feel taken. I would recommend them to everyone.

without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
