The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!

On my 7th one. That should say it all. Quality crafted, full of great features, super smooth ride and plenty of room for up to 8 people plus a ton of gear.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. Have the 2017 Acadia XL limited. PROs: Very roomy for its size, handles extremely well on the road, comfortable, quiet ride for long trips. Safety features are great.. Yellow lights on side mirrors warn of blind spots..a godsend in heavy traffic, rear camera, warning beepers if something is too close. Crash avoidance protections, has wifi !! and great electronics package. Towing package too... hauls trailer w/ rowboat..also transports 3 kayaks when the back seats are down . I’ve driven this in heavy snow and blizzards..safely masters the road when other cars fail or spin-out and self corrects and warns if skidding or icy. CONS: Only negative is that it’s not customer-friendly for even minor repairs or maintenance... so EVERYTHING requires dealer repairs / expense. Examples: Fuses are outside..in a box under the hood that’s difficult to open.. as is the hood! Indicator level on antifreeze coolant container is hidden and not legible.The battery is hidden under the back seat! ..jumping is in the hood at designated points.. Don’t even try to remove a flat tire.. the jack is small, flimsy and dangerous and the mini tire is almost impossible to get to, crawling under the car and manipulating lots of parts. .once you figure out how. Replacing a headlight requires taking the bumper off.. etc. These are areas that GM can improve on, to help make their vehicles more customer-oriented. Despite all.. this is the best SUV I’ve ever owned. It’s a shame it’s been discontinued. The new, small version is no comparison.

We had a surprisingly (for me) good experience at Koons Chevrolet. Our salesperson Abdelilah was not pushy at all but informative. We never felt rushed, something that bugs me at a lot of car lots. Would definitely visit again.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Just bought 2024 Yukon with diesel engine and drove 2000 miles and it was the best ride that I’ve had. It was comfortable, reliable fuel efficient not to mention a great looking vehicle.

Once again, prompt professional service. I brought a vehicle in for Va state safety inspection. A problem was found with a suspension component. I was promptly put in a loaner vehicle and repairs were made the same day under warrantee. Very happy with the outcome and the fact that they valued my time enough to put me in a loaner, so I wasn't tied up at the dealership while repairs were made.
