Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-CountyReviews
Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County review
On August 11th, I took my vehicle into the dealership to have the tire inspected because I saw a screw in it. Brett was my service manager and he was great to work with. He keep me informed, sent me a video and explained what was found with the tire which as it turned out the screw must have worked itself out of the tire. The service area was the calmest I've experienced. It was very calming. Thank you Brett! I appreciate you!

Abby was great. She clearly explained everything that was done. She also approved doing the 1 year/10k service since my mileage was so low (5k) at 10 months so I don’t have to make another trip for service in 2 months.

We bought 2015 Honda CRV in 2016. Great car, Driving experience and routine maintenance increases car life. Every time take to my car for maintenance, always given honest advice and I respect their services. Only thing that is little expensive service cost. Still I would recommend to take it to them to fix the car.

Columbia Hyundai review
I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

My experience at Jake Sweeney Mazda was excellent. My technician explained the work that was needed and why. The video he sent me was very helpful and showed me exactly where the work was done.

Jeff Wyler Honda in FlorenceReviews
Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence review
I went to Jeff Wyler after being told that Honda was the car to buy. Robert Frost approached me and asked if he could help. I have never purchased a car on my own and was very nervous but Robert put me at ease with his friendly approach and quick wit. I purchased a beautiful new HR-V. This was the best customer service I have ever received. I will definitely visit Honda and Robert for any future car purchases!! Thank you Jeff Wyler Honda Florence KY.
