As is the case with most people, car shopping is not on my list of favorite things to do but my current car was not reliable, so I had to start the car search process. I had not purchased a car in 10 years, so it was a bit of sticker shock in today's market. After reviewing what was available on the internet, I ventured out to the local car dealerships. My first stop was at Fitzgerald Outlet Center on Highway 19 in Clearwater, Florida where salesperson Joe Mozzone showed me the current inventory and described the Fitz way of doing business (upfront about all fees and no surprises at checkout). I did see a Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in for which Joe gave me the details of the car. Being that this was my first stop, I left to view other dealerships in the area. After going in and out of all the local dealerships, I realized the best car and price I saw was at my first stop, Fitzgerald Outlet Center so I went back there. it was a little late in the day and it was a Saturday. I took another look at the car and took a test drive with Joe and decided this is the car for me. I had explained my credit situation and they were able to work with me to get a decent interest rate and to get my check payment processed even though they couldn't get bank verification due to the lateness in the day on Saturday but they took my word and processed the payment. As stated in the initial talk,there were no hidden fees at checkout. The staff stayed well after hours on Saturday for me to complete the deal whcih was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe Mozzone and the Fitzgerald Outlet Center.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

We pull behind our 34 foot rv Fiesta is 5 speed manual, no steering wheel lock, puts o miles on when pulling , great fuel economy.

John Cappello, my salesman at PJ's did a fantastic job answering my (many) questions, and much help getting me a 69 Corvette. It was shipped up to Canada and there were no surprises. Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

I had a great experience at this dealership. The whole process was quick and efficient — I spent very little time here, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The team was very accommodating, pleasant, and easy to work with. It’s refreshing to deal with a group of people who are professional yet friendly. Highly recommend!

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Thought Harry was very good and knowledgeable with the update service needed on my vehicle and having someone repaired the big scratch on one fender.

Everyone always has something to say about the early modle of the caliber the 07'. I have not a single issue with my Caliber Mechanically since I've owned it. With just absolutely basic preventive maintenance this car has been more reliable than anything I've owned previous from the private market. So long as you don't run it into the ground by not preforming proper and needed maintenance. This car is awesome. It has amazing options for aftermarket speakers by providing not one, not two, but four 6"x9" door speakers. Which I personally have installed some keenwood 5-way 650w peak speakers in. I had to make absolutely no modifications to the wiring, install an amp, or replace the factory head unit to get an amazing sound. The amazing part about it is the fold down seats. Though as a whole the car is compact with the added feature you are able to fit quite a lot in the hatch. I own the SE and have had absolutely no mechanical issues with it. Amazing car with amazing features so long as you care about your vehicles

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

The single best car buying experience I've had by a landslide. My parents were with me and half joked they'd be coming to Florida to see Rich next time they need a car. Rich Morris knows how to do business. I am in sales and know how these things sometimes go. I was in and out - we didn't need to go back and forth at all. I was clear, he was clear, and the deal was done. After the sale, he sat with me to sync my phone, show me the bells and whistles, etc. He told me to text him if I need anything. Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
