My loss. I think Brady Automotive is a hidden gem in the Louisville area.

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

No complaints. -Look- Saw the negative reviews for these guys and was a little discouraged, but here's the deal - they're a used car lot. They buy and sell cars en masse and used cars aren't new. Typically, these guys barely know more about the car than you do because there's no way for them to. You don't want a bad deal, they don't want to sell a bad deal. No one wants the hassle. So when you test drive, pay some money and drive it to a dealer for inspection. Don't want to do that? Then you roll the dice just like they do.

Your service team did a great job!! We are from the Pittsburgh, PA area. We had the oil changed in our 2023 Forte last Friday at a local Jiffy Lube before leaving for Ft. Knox for our son's ROTC graduation. By the time we got to Radcliff, the crankcase was almost dry. The oil filter was leaking. When I called your dealership, Bobby told me, "By the time you get here, we'll have an open bay for you." They took me right in, and I was on my way in 30 - 40 minutes. It was nice to be so well taken care of so far from home. Just sorry I won't be able to use your dealership on a regular basis.

He is not your average “pushy” car salesman - very respectful and straight forward which I appreciated as a young female car purchaser.
