I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I was looking to replace my 2009 HHR that was in great shape. It was my "forever car". I found it at Kirk auto, after looking within 3 states. The selection of used cars on the lot were all in great condition and the owner was amazing! When he says no additional fees he means it. Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I wanted four doors so I traded my 428 for this 440 gran coupe...it looks great, handles very nicely and with the inline six it really has some giddy up! The six while it of course isn’t quite as fuel efficient as the four, really sounds much more substantial and performs vastly better. I purchased a 2019 as I prefer not to buy brand new, but with 18k on it, the car feels brand new. Only had it a few weeks but I’m loving it!

Fantastic dealership. They worked with me and dealt with every curveball from credit issues to simple communication problems without skipping a beat. Got the truck I wanted at a great price, better than just about every dealer in the region. Even helped me turn in my rental and detailed the truck before driving it off the lot, and gave me a gas card for some extra drive time, DESPITE the dealership having been closed for the day when the deal was done. You could tell their priority was getting me a vehicle I was happy with, not making a sale, which was a huge relief. Personable staff, honest dealing. Would recommend them any day of the week!

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

I bought a 2009 Yaris Sedan brand new for something like $13K and, apart from regular maintenance, breaks and tires, have never had it in the shop. It’s a weekend/vacation car (we live in NYC) and only has 50K miles. I hope to drive it another 15 years. May be the best investment I’ve ever made. My mechanic friend asks to buy it every time I see him.
