Our experience buying a newer used car at Crown Toyota was a very good one. My wife and I were prepared car buyers and knew what we were looking for when we saw it newly listed on Crown's website. We had not previously done any business with Crown, but our salesman Randy, did an excellent job answering our questions and showing us all the car fax details of previous ownership, as well as being flexible with his schedule for us to come test drive it. What we appreciated the most from Crown Toyota was the lack of hidden fees or addendum prices added on to the final price, which was also the same price that was listed on their website from earlier that day. This was big because many other dealerships we had looked at have discounts only based on trade in and financing directly with them. We believe we have bought a good quality vehicle at a more than fair price and would recommend others to look into Crown Toyota when considering buying a vehicle.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

The customer service is great at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee Summit. The representatives are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable.

This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

I had my sixteen year old low mileage Forester serviced with the intention of gifting it to my granddaughter for her daily commute to high school. My concern was making sure the suv was safe and in the best condition possible when she begins to drive. I was assured that the technician thoroughly examined the vehicle and sent me a video of worn parts that needed attention. My service advisor was very attentive to my concerns and incorporated ten years of maintenance into one visit. A bit pricey to be sure but it was exactly what I wanted since my dealership is a bit of a trip from home and I cannot often drop off for small jobs. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I had a smooth drive home.

I always feel very safe with Vermont winters. Always feel I have control even in inclement weather! I love all the standard features and feel safe driving my grandchildren in this car.

My wife has the 2011 Versa S hatchback. She had had it since 2012, it is now 2024 and she has 135,000 miles on it. It has been very solid overall with basically the regular type maintenance things: brakes, oil changes, tires. It does however go through mufflers every 3 years about. And they did one engine mount that was worn out. She does have the check engine light on currently but its probably due for spark plugs. Now the engine is a bit slower to respond to hills or when trying to pass thanbit was 12 years ago, but overall it still has enough zip. Being the S it has The auto door locks on the key fob and there is auto windows inside. Fold down the rear seats and it easliy can hold whatever we pick up from the hardware store. It has a smooth ride and most of the bumps in the road are absorbed by the suspension. Some of the paint has been peeling around the trunk and the passenger sun visor broke off, but these are minor trivialities. I have confidence she can get to 150,000 miles and at least another 3 years our of it.

Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

We found the truck we were looking for on Ford's website. Called Louisburg Ford to verify they had still it, and drove 2 hours to go get it that afternoon. Jimmy was amazing to work with. No pressure, no games, no gimmicks, no funny business. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and we drove a beautiful new F250 home.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

This is a great choice for entry level EV. Combined I'm getting about 85 MPG. No hybrid car can touch this. Also the price can't be beat. Similar models are about $10K more (looking at you Prius Prime) Also many little extras included in price compared to Toyota.

I went to Subaru of Olathe looking for an Impreza! Steve Botts helped me find the perfect Impreza with everything I wanted and within my price range. Shannon Brumley worked with me to complete the sell and was very patient and went back and forth with me while I worked with my bank to secure an auto loan. About 3 weeks after purchasing the car, the car had a mechanical issue that required a tow, and I remembered that Shannon told me to reach out to her if I ever needed anything with the car. I immediately called her for help. She helped me secure a tow to Subaru as well as hooked me up with a loaner car. Not only did she provide me with a loaner car so I could still get to and from work but she was able to have another employee bring the car to me! (I unfortunately cannot recall the name of the employee who was very gracious to bring the car to me). Weeks after purchasing my beautiful Impreza, I am still wowed by this team. Bought the vehicle after Ford replaced the transmission due to the known transmission issue with these and it has worked like a dream. I cannot recommend this car enough. It has been reliable, dependable and easy to maintain.

Myk Barta greeted us when we arrived at the Crown Toyota dealership and worked with us as we considered several different models and options. As prior Crown customers we were used to their low pressure approach, and Myk did not disappoint. When we didn't find what we were looking for he suggested waiting to see a car currently in transit. After we selected a vehicle he helped us move comfortably through the test drive, trade-in, purchase and delivery processes. During the signing and title transfer Chase moved us quickly through the paperwork without pushing service or warranty options we had already told Myk we did not want. We have purchased several different makes over the last 50 years but since 2007 this is our third consecutive Toyota. Their quality cars are one big reason, but the Crown dealership, its service department, and people like Myk and Chase are another.

Dealer used to share facility with a rental car company and when the rental car company let me down, Brandon showed me such willingness to help , it amazed me. So without even being a customer of the Selection I have true experience telling me I would absolutely give this dealer the chance to do business with me for my next car purchase. purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.
