My purchase was a preowned vehicle for my daughter. During the process, my salesman, the preowned, new car, dealership manager, and service manager made me feel as if I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot. I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

This car is the best of both worlds: drive gas free on a decent commute (I still get 60 miles battery under ideal conditions, even at over 70,000 miles), or the convenience of filling up at the gas tank to continue the journey on a long vacation drive without sacrificing performance. The routine maintenance schedule is far shorter and cheaper than my other vehicles, and I've only needed a radio connection checked out as well as a PCBM replacement (covered under warranty, fortunately) after all this time. Bought at 20k miles with no service performed outside of routine when purchased. Fantastic value, especially whem gas prices rise.

I love the Versa Note--it's compact, agile, has lots of interior room, it's zippy and much more fuel efficient than my previous Nissan hatchback (from 2008). Only had it seven months but it has been unfailingly reliable. What I want in a car is small size, efficiency, nimbleness, and reliability--I adore this car.

I just got new Equinox EV with good discounts and payment rate applied for... But car cleanup n readiness should be a bit better for delivery.

My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I could not be happier with the service and experience with Michael Mullings at Audi Central Houston!!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

These guys were professional and very to the point. They were accommodating where they could be as well. The wait time to receive updates or actions on my warranty were slow but in the end I was given my truck no problems.

This is my 3rd Prius. For a couple years, we owned 2 Priuses (Prii?) at one time: a Green 2007 Base model with cloth seats and then added a Red 2009 Touring model with leather seats. I started driving for Uber/Lyft in the '09 Prius in Jan of 2015. The Chicago Uber/Lyft mileage rates were pretty low, so having a car that averaged 50 mpg was a plus. Then, after selling the '07, we traded in the '09 for the 2012 PPI. Bought it in Nov of 2018 at a Chicago Warehouse Dealer. It was in perfect shape and had tinted windows. Then in 2022 we moved from Chicago to Florida and bought a house with Solar Panels. I added Instacart to my Gig work and most of the time, my deliveries are on electric only miles. Even doing Gig work....I average only about $25 a week in Gas costs. In all 3 Prii....I've never needed any major repairs. I change the oil every 5k miles and have never needed new brakes yet on any of them since I do my best to use the coasting/regeneration method of braking.....which I believe extends the life of the brakes. Only regret is: the car has HEATED seats.....which was great in Chicago, but now here in Florida....wish they were Air Conditioned seats instead! I already have my eyes set on the new 2023 Prius Plug in (Prime?)....but will wait for them to come on the used car market. My current 2012 PPI will be too old for rideshare in 2027....so I have a good 3 more years to do research.

Geo, is the best salesperson who put faith back into dealerships and salespeople. He Kept every word promised and did an excellent job communicating, helping, and answering concerns. It was worth the 12 hr drive to do business with him. He should be promoted for going above and beyond his job. He was the last person to leave late at night and even helped move our things to the new car to complete his sale. Great salesperson and would make a great manager! It’s a simple, affordable, efficient car with higher end technology you wouldn’t expect in a car like this. Others have said the AC is terrible, but I haven’t experienced anything of the sort - quite the contrary. The AC cools the small cabin in just a few minutes even in 90+ degree Georgia summer heat. Maybe an older one that needs the AC serviced wouldn’t work as well, but nothing works like new unless you take care of it. As for everything else, it really is what it is. Its strong points are fuel efficiency, technology, and long term reliability. Weak points are exactly what you would expect for the trade off: not a sports car so it doesn’t take off like one, not an extremely comfortable ride, but what do you expect from an inexpensive car built to be light weight and good on mpg.

In the beginning I experienced a few problems over the phone. I decided to go in person. Paul(service manager) and Kevin were accomodating, pleasant and professional. They immediately sprung into action to get things done. Thank you Paul and Kevin.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I used to own a Chevy Camaro before. Though it felt feeling great driving it everyday and feeling the power in my hands and feet, the maintenance costs and upkeep definitely came at a premium, not to mention the gas guzzling. This car meets a more important need for me, that is, to go to far off places and help me explore. A very robust and extremely light on gas, I have been able to travel about 700 miles on just a tank full of gas, which is just very amazing. Besides that, Toyota's amazing software and safety features makes this car well worth the price. It's a great long distance commute vehicle.
