This is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, which is saying something because I previously had 2 different BMWs (which were fun to drive at first but quickly turned to huge headaches). I have a 1.5t Sport and this car is surprisingly fun for the little engine and CVT. In Sport mode, it even sounds way meatier than it should. Highway driving is smooth and serene, and the LKA and adaptive cruise make road trips a pleasure. Gas mileage is also impressive for a larger car - just got back from a 1300 mile road trip and averaged about 35mpg. Still love the look of the car - the sport wheels add a lot to the sport back look of the car. The climate controls do weird things sometimes and I wish there was a trunk release on the trunk, but my gripes are minor. I’ve had oil changes and had to change fuel injectors recently, but it’s never left me stranded (like the Bimmers did!). I’ve put about 35k miles on it and think I will continue to enjoy it for some time. Just a great all around car and amazing value.

When I arrived I met David and he was quick to make me feel comfortable and at ease, I was looking for a small SUV for my daughter. After a short conversation David got the keys for to Subaru Foresters in my price range. I drove them both and liked the bronze one with the NAV. David got sale approved with a small discount .Wael got me new brake pads and processed my transaction fast and friendly. This dealership has a wide inventory to choose from.

After several poor experiences at other lots my wife and I called Car Source to inquire about a vehicle. Bob Bauer answered the call, was very polite, answered our questions and invited us to come in. We decided to go in and find Bob. He happened to be the gentleman who came outside to greet us in the cold and offered to show us our vehicle of interest. Bob was not pushy and offered transparent answers to all of our questions. The rest of the sales and management staff were also exceptionally nice. They got us good financing and the process didn't take terribly long. Broke down with my old truck and given an upcoming trip really needed to find the right (newer) model truck quick. I test drove at local dealers and after 3 days of searching I found the perfect truck at Performance in Delaware. Only problem it was hundreds of miles away. I called anyway. Brad was fabulous and literally spent the whole morning on phone with me answering questions videos the thing. He was genuine, honest and truly cared!!! After some dialouge and assurance about the truck I felt comfortable enough to book a flight. They picked me up at airport, truck was ready and I was on the road in an hour! The whole experience was a "10"! I truly felt special. The entire team knew I flew in and asked me if I needed anything. Trust me I am writing this note because of extraordinary experience . Mikale Long was very helpful with our used car purchase. Definitely recomend asking for him. Dealership is clean and professional, play area for the kids and a consession area are helpful if you have to bring your kids along. I would definitely shop here again!

Great experience. Ended up purchasing a 2022 EX-L Odyssey. Took awhile (almost 2 months thru 5 diff dealers!) to get the color combo we wanted, but Lindsay got the van first... Brian at Lindsay contacted me the same day it arrived on the truck. I hustled up there (they don't take deposits to hold vehicles) and worked with Chris for a few minutes, and then eventually Anthony took care of me for the duration. Both were great. Eric, the sales manager was awesome. A small win for me was that I was able to negotiate off the expensive cerami-seal charge because I ceramic coat my own vehicles. Had to pay MSRP for the van, because well, that's just the current climate right now with vehicles. There is no real negotiating due to lack of supply, but I knew this going into it. Some dealers had $2k mark ups on the Odysseys. The final step was Tom at F&I and he was great too. No pressure at all, just a smooth, quick transaction. I've purchased several new and used vehicles... this had to be one of my best experiences. 5/5! Thanks!

Had my car serviced, car was completed ahead of schedule, which for me was great. Bought a warranty from another dealer with the purchase of the car and surprise surprise other dealer not honest about the warranty. Coughlin worked with me and got the job done. They were very courteous to me, even after I someone blew up when I realized my warranty is crap. Will recommend.
