On Sat, July 5 we purchased a 2020 F150 with the assistance of Dylan Griebel. The truck was being processed into the dealership and was not ready for delivery. Dylan kept us informed of the truck's repairs and status. He professionally assisted in making changes to one of the warranties and facilitated a smooth delivery. Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, we would enjoy working with Dylan again.

Abdul, Dena, Erick, at AGI were the best ! I had been looking at new vehicles for weeks, and every other dealer experience was unpleasant. AGI really is a friendly, family style business who worked hard and helped me get into a vehicle I didn't think was attainable. Dena went to battle with the banks, to get me a payment which I could work with. Abdul and Eric were so friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I called. Would TOTALLY recommend this dealership, and their great team.

Great car. Gas mileage is excellent. Wish interior was a lighter. I would also like to have the safety features a little bit easier to know if activated or not.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I went to Koons after a having a bad experience at another local dealer. Jordan was my salesman and was very friendly and quickly answered any questions/concerns that I had. I would return to Koons to purchase another vehicle in the future. The process was straight forward and didn?t take hours to complete the sale like I?ve experienced in the past when buying a car.

Auto Fanatics review
I had an amazing experience at Auto Fanatics in Fredericksburg, Virginia!. After searching for the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, I kept seeing Auto Fanatics come up, and now I understand why!!! From the moment I walked in, the team made the entire process smooth, transparent, and completely stresss-free. there was no pressure at all, which is reare when shopping for used cars. They took the time to explain everything clearly, from pricing to financing options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I ended up purchasing a Honda, and the quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described online. It's clear that Auto Fanatics takes pride in offering reliable, accident-free vehicles at fair prices. What really stood out to me was their honesty and customer-first approach. They genuinely care about helping you find the right car rather than just making a sale. That level of transparency is why I would confidently say Auto Fanatics is the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, Virginia. If you are looking for used cars, Hondas near me, or a dealership you can trust in Fredericksburg or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend Auto Fanatics. I'll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle and recommending them to all my friends and family!!!!!

Dayana did an amazing Job with finding my dream car! A satisfied customer I am today!
2020 Honda Accord review
This is the "bottom of the line" 1.5L Turbo Accord and it regularly gets over 40 mpg on the highway. If you need power in a hurry, stomp the gas and feel the turbo kick in. The seats are a little low but what can you expect when the car design is so sleek? It holds the road like no car I've ever owned and is very responsive accelerating or just driving. Road noise can be a nuisance but the ride is smooth. I personally don't like the screen interface sticking out of the dashboard and I think all levels of Accord should come with an electric driver's seat. The paint job is great, the car looks great, and it is a real value for your money

Alexandria ToyotaReviews
Alexandria Toyota review
This is the first time I buy a car from a Jack Taylor Toyota dealership, and I had the best experience. Ebo Grant was very professional, patient and thorough. I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. My first Toyota and I loved handling the team at Jack Taylor in Alexandria first class. Thanks to everyone who helped me, I highly recommend them if you want to buy a car.
2020 Honda Accord review
Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
If you are searching for a car-buying experience completely free of stress and gimmicks, look no further than Zarvo Motors in Camp Springs, MD. From the moment you step onto the lot, it is immediately clear that this dealership operates differently from the standard pre-owned auto supplier. They treat their clients with the utmost respect, matching a premium vehicle inventory with a level of hospitality that turns what is normally a chore into a genuinely enjoyable experience. The standout highlights of the entire operation are Ali and Zee, who form an absolute dream team on the showroom floor. They understand that purchasing a car can feel like a high-pressure gamble, so they actively go out of their way to provide top-tier customer care. Their friendly, patient, and professional demeanor completely strips away the anxiety of looking for a vehicle, giving you the time and space you need to make the right choice. What truly sets Ali and Zee apart is how incredibly honest and legit they are throughout the entire process. There are no watered-down promises, hidden ingredients, or shifting numbers waiting to surprise you at the signing table. They practice total transparency, laying out every single cost directly in the open from your initial inquiry so that you know exactly what you are paying for. Furthermore, the dealership matches this exceptional integrity with highly competitive upfront pricing. In a volatile pre-owned vehicle market, Zarvo Motors remains remarkably fair, offering great value without forcing you into stressful back-and-forth negotiations. Every vehicle is meticulously prepared, MD inspected, and delivered in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. Ultimately, Zarvo Motors has earned my highest recommendation thanks to their unparalleled customer service and genuine corporate honesty. Working with professionals who respect your budget and provide complete peace of mind is incredibly refreshing. If you are ready for a seamless, legitimate car-buying journey, do yourself a favor and go see Ali and Zee

CarMax LanghorneReviews
CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

CarMax East Haven review
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
