I came to the dealership in hopes of getting a deal on a Honda Civic. I bought my current car from them and got a great deal. I couldn't get the car at the price I wanted so no purchase was made. I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.

Having previously owned six purchased new Honda CR-V's followed by a non-Honda, I was interested in seeing if Honda and it's people had changed. The cars have - they are spectacular ! The people have not - they are still spectacular. Dealing with them always was, and still is, a relaxed and sincere business experience. I have missed that !

CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

San Leandro Honda review
The best car purchase ever, As soon my spouse and I arrived we were greed by Malik he was very helpful we found exactly what we were looking for. We test drove the 2026 CRV hybrid touring for her and a 2025 Honda Accord hybrid touring for me . Right after the test drive we went inside the store where everybody was very friendly. Jorge the sales Manager was able to get us approved for the both vehicles. Zabi the finance manager was very brief and helpful with the coverages that we need it on our vehicle. I would highly recommend San Leandro Honda to all my family and friends

Honda of Vallejo review
My experience at the Honda of Vallejo dealership was outstanding. I tried to purchase a used car because of my budget but ended up leaving in a brand new WHITE Honda Odyssey. The staff helped me finance it which happened to be lower than my original budget. So far I’ve had the car for 1 month, it’s so smooth, so many features, my whole family fits, I could take my son and his 5 friends wherever they need to go. This car feels so safe and reliable. Thank you Honda of Vallejo for making this a smooth and easy transactional experience.

We haven’t bought a car since 2013, it was a Honda Civic. We came here and was completely amazed at the Customer Service the team provided us. Chi and Kent are incredible to work with, understanding to our needs and being mindful of our budget. The trade in was seamless, very low effort from our end and even the Finance Team was patient with all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend to friends and family, as well as continue to come here for future purchases

CarMax Beaverton review
My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I just have to say that Michael at the Beaverton location went above and beyond and was so friendly and relaxed! I felt like I was doing business with a friend! I have told so many people about going here and when it's time to trade in my car I will DEFINITELY be coming back here! They are totally up front and honest and aren't just in it for the money...I can tell Michael really enjoys helping people and takes pride in what he does here!! Super amazing person all the way around! CarMax...don't let him get away!!! ;) Becky Campbell 2017 Buick Encore
2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

I recently purchased a used Honda from University Honda and was impressed and relieved by how the sales staff and financiers conducted themselves. This was the most pleasant car purchase I've ever made. No sales pressure, no slimy tactics or tricks. Genuine smiles. I recommend. A++++

Shottenkirk Honda Davis review
I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip Najera at Shottenkirk Honda with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. From the very beginning, Phillip demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible financing approval based on my individual financial situation. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to secure the precise vehicle and loan terms I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was transparent, patient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. His level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and is a true reflection of what outstanding automotive sales and customer care should look like. Employees like Phillip Najera are a tremendous asset to Shottenkirk Honda and deserve professional recognition for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because of Phillip's exceptional service, I will confidently return to Shottenkirk Honda for future vehicle purchases and will gladly recommend both Phillip Najera and the dealership to family, friends, and colleagues. He has earned my trust, my loyalty, and my future business.

Manteca FordReviews
Manteca Ford review
I looked and looked went to 4 dealerships, and stayed in my backyard in Manteca. I went to Manteca Ford 1st, I was ready to buy BUT you know now it is. You just have to look to see if your getting a fair deal. I wasted 2 days then went back and purchased my truck at Manteca Ford. One thing I did get a little bit cheaper price at another dealer. BUT I did not like the hassle and the way I was treated. I just didn't want to give them my hard earned money. Yes I recommend Manteca Ford

I was Lodi Honda doing a radio update, oil change, and tire rotation when I was pondering the latest 2024 Accord. Michael Malaivanh answered many of my questions and NEVER hesitated to show me all the available Accords. Even tho it was raining he still showed me around with out Pressure of buying. I’m in sales myself and being pressured blows my mind. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased my first EV car from Stockton Honda, and the experience was fantastic! The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even working seamlessly with a third-party company that provided help with down payment for first time EV buyers. Despite a power outage, they managed to complete all the paperwork efficiently. Their dedication and customer service truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Stockton Honda for anyone looking to buy a car!
