Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

We drove over an hour to San Jose to look at a BMW. While on Stevens Creek we decided to stop and look at the new Navigators since we were trading a 2018 Navigator. He accommodated our family of 5 with patience and let me test drive a couple Nav's 4 or 5 times to compare the "feel". We a had a great experience at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale. We initially brought in our Honda Odyssey for service (purchased at another dealership where we had a bad experience). Felix Ong took the time to explain features of the Odyssey that the original salesman had neglected to explain to us. When we came back to purchase a CR-V, Felix was the person we wanted to work with. Not only was he similarly helpful, but when we negotiated the price, he came with a fair offer that matched the discount we would have gotten from another car buying service. We highly recommend Hopkins Honda and Felix in particular.

Drake Hendrickson deserves a huge shoutout. Earlier today I went to a different dealership and had a terrible experience, when I got to Dublin Honda and met Drake I had a complete opposite experience. Drake is friendly, nice, personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and so many more things. I never felt any pressure to buy he wasn't pushy at all, I felt like Drake was only trying to help me get what I wanted and wasn't just trying to sell a car it's very clear he cares about his job as well as his customers. It was a pleasure working with him. Drake you've made a customer for life out of me. Also I don't want to leave out Jimmy, he was so kind and friendly and helpful and the paperwork got finished hella fast. Overall had a very positive experience here and I will definitely come back.
