I brought my Crosstour for a recall on an airbag and Frank Perez is how meet me at the front door. He was so very helpful and professional throughout this service call. He sent me multiple messages keeping me updated as to when my car was ready to be picked up. My driver side visor needed to be replaced and he advised me of the cost to buy and install a new visor. I purchased the equipment and will be back on November 30th to have it installed. My whole experience was an excellent experience. Thank you Frank Perez.

Cole was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. He saw that my repairs were done in a timely manner. I knew I needed an oil change but when they did their Check, they discovered other things that needed to be addressed. He was kind and helped me decide what needed to be done right now and what could wait a bit. I truly appreciate his help and all of the good work at Honda. Excellent care all around !👍

AutoNation Honda 104Reviews
AutoNation Honda 104 review
We were helped by Caiden. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. We were completely underwhelmed with the 4 runner. It felt cheap. Neither my parter nor I had ever owned a Honda. Didn’t know a lot about them. When we drove the Passport, absolutely blown away. Solid build, quiet. Very comfortable interior. Rear air conditioning was high on our list of must haves. Nothing else we looked at came close to the Passports rear air power or controls. We’re about 2k miles in now. Averaging around 19-20mpg. It’s the only vehicle in this class we found without a turbo or a supercharger. We were thrilled about that. While those have their advantages, they also have serious repair costs and premium fuel requirements to keep running. We didn’t want that again. We are EXTREMELY happy with our purchase. We were treated VERY fairly at this dealership and we really enjoyed our salesperson. We had a good experience in finance as well. There was zero high pressure tactics here. Start to finish. I saved $6k by buying from them over a different dealer. If you’re in the market for a car, you are only doing yourself a disservice by not at least talking to Caiden at Autonation Honda. DRIVE the Passport!!!

Findlay Honda Henderson review
Where to begin? Obi Davis is, without question, the most professional, courteous, and genuinely kind sales representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He made the entire experience not only smooth and stress-free, but surprisingly enjoyable. Obi went above and beyond to help me find the car of my dreams, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his dedication and sincerity. I also want to recognize Vilay, who was the best—and fastest—financier I’ve ever worked with. She made the approval and paperwork process seamless and efficient, which is not something you usually expect at a dealership. I’ve never been a fan of car dealerships, but this experience changed my perspective. This dealership is honest, welcoming, and truly treats you like a friend. Because of Obi and Vilay, I can confidently say I’ll never work with anyone else. Thank you both—you made all the difference.

AutoNation Honda 104 review
Autonation Honda 104 is the most amazing dealership. I bought my brand new 2025 Honda Hrv from them last year and continue to go to them for my maintenance. When the time comes to buy a new car I will shop with them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.
