I appreciate when people work hard, they do over there at Frontier. They got on my request and called back! I was looking for a car, and it was funny how often you don't get calls back like you'd expect. These guys really do want to earn their business. I also feel I got a good deal on my Expedition. Nice car, good price, good people. Nice experience.
This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.

Everyone I interacted with at Superior Honda was truly awesome and made my purchase experience a very pleasant one. Kevin, who was my first contact by phone, was very welcoming and prepped Steve well, on what my needs were. When I got there, Steve approached me as I walked through the door, ready to help me. Zero wait time ! He is very knowledgeable about the specs and features of the car I purchased and was quite patient. Ray also made me feel comfortable and walked me through the business sections of completing the sale. I also received a fair price for my trade in. I am so happy that I bought my Honda from Superior Honda! You should too!
My car was totaled earlier in the week so I was under a great deal of stress. I sought out Steve Kaplan because I had observed his interaction with a customer several months prior when my car was being serviced. He patiently listened and found a certified CR-V at a fair price, then Rick Friedman was able obtain a great interest rate! As I was getting ready to drive off, Rick ran up to me saying he forgot to add my "points". Unbeknownst to me, points are accumulated based on dollars spend in the service department. That in itself saved me several hundred dollars! Even though I have a car payment again, the buying process was wonderful. These guys were a blessing for which I am grateful. This was my second purchase at Superior Honda and my previous car had been serviced there for 12 years. Many Thanks!
Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.

The salesman did a great job making us feel comfortable, and explaining our options. After the deal was made it took quite a while to actually get out car so we could leave. Other than that it was a very positive experience.
Helpful crew here made easy work of alleviating our fears and questions with accurate representations and quick responses and actions. We came in window shopping and left with the right price car for our needs. Paula narrowed down the choices to 3 with our input and they were dead on what we were looking for. They were not pushy and took time to answer each question. We choose out of the 3 and left today happy.
Jay England was our salesman. He was all prepared when we arrived, pulled the car I had in mind from looking online and we went for a test drive right away. He knew how much I wanted the car, but also knew i wanted to be careful with my spending because of college. He worked very hard to get us both a good deal and I so appreciate it. Working with Jay was very easy, he was friendly and made good conversation. We worked with Scott on the financial part. Again, very quick and easy. He had us out the door in no time. The only thing I would say that could have been better was the detailing of my car before I left. There was trash and old water bottles left in the glove box, streaks all over the windows, and cleaner left spotted all over the cloth part of arm rests. For an almost brand new car (2018 with 3000 miles), this was surprising and disappointing.
Though Joe has only been with this dealership for a short period of time, his customer service is top shelf. He gave my husband a chance to look around prior to approaching us, then took the lead once he knew what we wanted to do. He took heed of our need not to spend excessive hours to purchase a vehicle. He was quite the host by offering coffee, hot chocolate or water; it was kind of cold out. I didn???t want to drive off the lot that night, so we agreed on a time the next day. Who showed up on his day off? Joe! We went over the nuances of the Edge; and told me to take time to learn the functions over the weekend. When I bring the car back for the optional work on Monday, he asked me to look him up. I definitely will!
