I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
In and Out in only 3 hrs & 15 mins includes demonstrating a new vehicle and trading in the old one. Very nice to work out a deal online and actually have it honored once I arrived. Trade in value was about what I expected and still a bit more than two other dealers had offered. All involved worked fast and courteously and I thank them for that. I would have no problem buying another car right here. Thank you Arrowhead Honda.
Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.
I could see that this was a hectic, wild and busy event for everybody. Julian Napolitano, Roy Freda and Rob Motz still took the time to find the right vehicle within my budget. Thank you all. If you want to buy a car just tell them what you want and how much you can afford; they'll find it for you.

Purchased a used Cadillac. Sales process was good and price was competive. Unfortunately, experience was spoiled by Finance dept insisting on making his 15 minute pitch on extended warranty, which I asked not to cover as these are way over priced. In this case $14,000 for 2 extra years. When I laughed out loud, Roy got mad. On top of everything, we paid cash for the car.
Good dealership, good inventory ... just be prepared for their "mandatory" sales pitch on extended warranty.
I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!
Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
I bought my first car in 1955 and many since. The experience with most dealers ranged from poor to very good. My experience at Tempe Honda caught me unawares because it was so extraordinarily good. This started with Francine's chat, continued with rescheduling an earlier time to fit my schedule (at the last minute) and extra effort to find another part that was requested when I signed in. The free shuttle was a wonderful convenience - quick response. Check out was beyond expectations for ease.

Great guy and VERY helpful! Ivan answered all of our questions and understood we didn't have all day to buy a car! Finally, Travis helped us get through the paperwork and get us on our way! Good and bad. The good, David did everything he said, took the time to answer my questions and showed illustrations. The bad, I found a 5 inch white marked scratch on my passenger side, roofline rear side. This problem was resolved immediately, it was buffed out. There was a question about my oil change, the oil timer in my car was not reset.
I bought a car that my daughter wanted from Autonation,however they wouldn't give her a black interior of the Honda 2018 Civic,before she signed the papers to purchase. The sales person was a lier and said everything to try to make a second car sales to me her mother. Tempe Honda,very Honest, asked all the right questions, worked with my budget, sales people honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this dealer for all the right reasons.Be careful when buying a car,don't sign papers until your really satisfied.
Had a good car buying experience at Tempe Honda. In past, I have experienced that other dealership adds some other costs on top of what they quoted. But, I didn't have this experience at Tempe Honda. They didn't try to force sell me the products I didn't want either. I would rate this dealership for any prospective Honda buyer. Thumbs up to Tempe Honda TV; Thumbs up to Saad Al-Hashimi.
Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.
