The manager Nas Nazari wasn’t just trying to sell me a car—he actually took the time to educate me on how to make a smart purchase and avoid getting stuck with a bad deal anywhere. He made it clear that buying a car is a serious commitment, and once you buy, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. To help me make the best decision, he shared five key things every buyer should look out for: 1️⃣ Check the Vehicle History – They emphasized how important it is to review a full history report to avoid hidden surprises. A clean record means fewer risks! So get your own Carfax. 2️⃣ Have the Car Inspected – They strongly recommended bringing in a trusted mechanic to inspect the car before buying. A small upfront cost can save thousands in repairs later. 3️⃣ Understand the Warranty – They made sure I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn’t so I wouldn’t be caught off guard with unexpected repair costs. Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. This way, I could compare prices and see if I was actually getting a fair deal. That level of transparency really impressed me! I truly appreciated how upfront and honest they were. They didn’t pressure me into buying but instead gave me all the tools to make an informed decision. If you’re shopping at Alpha Motors, do your homework, check everything for yourself, and follow these steps to make sure you’re making the best choice!

I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

2017 Honda Civic review
Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).
