2024 Honda Civic review
When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change and tire rotation. I fell in love at first sight with their service area set up and their transparency to do business. You can actually see them working on your car real time not like the city dealers that kidnap your car for 2 hours and you don't see what's being done or not being done. The price was right, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Muller< I love you guys, this was my first time here and I can assure you it won't be my last.

Andrew Tomlinson, the General Sales Manager, continues to set the gold standard for customer service. This is now the third time I've worked with Andrew, and every single experience has been seamless, professional, and stress-free. He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. He made what is usually the most stressful and time-consuming part of buying a car feel effortless, transparent, and efficient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new CR-V, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which honestly feels unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.
