Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne review
I’ve always been treated well at the dealership. This visit I agreed to a diagnostic for a cruise control issue for $170. Turns out a grandchild turned my knob from auto to snow…so, it cost me $170 for that “diagnostic”. Other than that I will continue to come back.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Performance Ford Bountiful review
I had an outstanding experience at Performance Ford Service Center, all thanks to Jose. The air conditioner in my Explorer stopped working, on the hottest day so far. Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. To my surprise, they finished the entire repair a day earlier than promised! The communication was excellent, the service was quick, and my air conditioner is now blowing ice-cold. I only buy from Performance Ford and Jose went above and beyond to assist. Thanks!!!

Over the top assistance with my auto purchase. Mr. Rivas made my car questions and concerns answered, no pressure and very helpful finding the right fit. Financing worked hard to find me just the right warranty and made it work for my budget. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. My thanks to all who helped me leave a happy customer.

Purchasing my car at Woods Cross turned out to be an incredibly smooth and satisfying experience. Jarel, Vuk, and Steve were fantastic in guiding me through the options and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process, and the atmosphere at the dealership was quite inviting. I couldn't be happier with my new truck from Woods Cross, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! This is the 2nd purchase that I make at an Auto Savvy dealership and will definitely be my to go place in any future vehicle purchases. Thanks to the entire team, my apologies if I missed anyone!!! These guys are not pushy, knowledgeable, and did a great job overall. I was in and out in a few hours when I was just there to browse. They didn’t pressure me at all, they just helped me find the right truck and got me exactly what I was looking for So I had no other reason but to get qualified and get things done right then in there. I have been looking at trucks for the last few months and went here to check out a different truck, but they actually got me a better one. Jonathan Did a solid job if you end up running into him at this Dealer.

Small family own dealership with lots of cars! This was our second stop of the day looking at the same csr model from the previous “big name” dealership. We told the sales people at LeSueur what we needed as far as numbers and they got it done 👍🏼

Smith HondaReviews
Smith Honda review
I am new to Idaho. I've owned many cars over the years and had them serviced by host of dealers and non-dealer service and repair places. I must say that I've not had a better overall experience than I've had with Smith Honda during the last 6 months on 3 separate repair and service occasions. No one there has put me up to this. I just feel strongly that it is as important to complement someone providing me any service as it is to be critical of them. I have a Lexus RX300 that's now 17 years old and in many ways still looks and runs like it is brand new. I intend to keep it until it truly dies, which I've been encouraged to do by many mechanics and the 3 dealers I've worked with. Needless-to-say, I do not want it in the hands of a service and repair place that doesn't know what they are doing. Just as important is the quality of the customer service. Here are the reasons I will keep going back AND refer anyone I know - especially - with a brand where there is no dealer (e.g. Lexus). The quality of their work is very high. They seem to be very good at diagnosing problems and are very transparent with what they think are problems, educating me about them, giving me options to consider (with cost), and then fixing them. Their front line service representatives - Stacie and Javier - are ALWAYS pleasant, responsive, efficient, and great at follow-up, providing me with the agreed upon 'action plan' and then contacting me to make certain I am satisfied. From a cost standpoint they have provided me very good value. I came from an area in California with a high cost of living so I have expected to pay less in Idaho. However, of the cost their service and repair work is far below what I've experienced anywhere in the past. I have owned several Honda Accords in the past so I also know that they are terrific cars and will run forever. If I get another vehicle it will likely be a Honda from Smith Honda.

Haacke MotorsReviews
Haacke Motors review
We were so impressed with out experience at Haacke Motors. At the end of the sale we hugged Kelly Haacke our sales person because she was so great! We were made to feel welcome and free to ask questions. And Kelly knew the answers without having to go to a manager behind a big glass wall! Negotiating was easy and we got a fair price for our trade. We were in and out with a new truck, old truck traded in and loan paperwork done in less that a few hours. Our previous experiences have been never ending days and nights going back and forth at the dealership. Haacke's have clean, well maintained vehicles in a very professional and courteous atmosphere. We won't go anywhere else to buy a car!
