Jean Paul was great to work with! He sent lots of photos and a video to show us the car before driving to see it! He also had paperwork ready when we got there and waiting on us. It was a very smooth process and the car is wonderful!!!!

Overall great experience. Upfront, offered warranty, and great prices for my beautiful 2012 Jeep Liberty. Sal helped me with all my questions and the office staff was kind as well. Would definitely recommend this family owned business.
2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

CarMax, I would like to mention a member of your service center team, his name is Moe. The second I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile. Moe kept me updated with my cars air conditioning being serviced. With the world that we live in now, to be greeted by a young professional man was heartwarming to me. I recommend if you need service with your vehicle always ask for Moe you will not be disappointed. Thank you Moe. Sincerely Donna Falconio

2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I had a great experience from beginning to end with trading in my older car and buying a used car. I really appreciated that my salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as was the finance woman.
2020 Honda Civic review
Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

Lester Glenn HondaReviews
Lester Glenn Honda review
What started as a quick inquire, turned into a sale that could best be described as the MOST straight forward car buying experience I have had in my lifetime. With utmost vigor, exceptional service, and straight foward no xx smoke and mirrors (unlike the other Honda dealerships near the area). Lester Glenn and their wonderful sales and finance team were transparent from begining to end. Art Bogos is the man you want to get a deal done. John Wilkes and his direct answers. Cody Monica and that young gentlemans ravishing smile. Not a minute was wasted in the persuit of making a deal. I am NOT a man that buys nor wants to buy a new car every two or three years. My Honda Clarity Touring 2018 was hit by lighning 2 weeks ago (it is more than likely destroyed). I DID NOT want a new car. Art Bogos was steadfast in getting me in a immaculate pre owned certified 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. I came to the dealership with a pre approved check from a credit union with TIER 1 credit, Cody Monica fought tooth and nail to get me an even LOWER APR than what one of the most renowned credit unions in the state could offer to me. I had deals from other dealerships for the same car, and every step of the way John Wilkes fought to get me the absolute LOWEST price attainable; so much that other dealerships were astonished at the site of the price I got only at Lester Glenn Honda in Sea Girt. Ask not what you should go through when you go to dealership to purchase a vehicle, ask what THEY should be doing for you to make a deal happen. I look forward to servicing my vehicle at this stellar estabilishment, and will unequiviocally reccomend ANYONE in my personal life to check Lester Glenn out for the forseable future. Special last shoutout once again to the great Art Bogos for making me feel like family, and being as honest as a man can be. You made what started as an anxiety filled, mentally draining experience. Into a memory that will not be forgotten for decades to come.

AutoLenders Voorhees review
I had an outstanding experience at Auto Lenders in Voorhees, all thanks to Tanner! From the very first week, Tanner was incredibly helpful and attentive over the phone. He truly listened to what mattered to me whether it was certain features or preferences and made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs. He made picking the perfect car easy and was an advocate for me throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a smooth car buying experience, go see Tanner he’s phenomenal! I also want to give a huge thank you to the entire Auto Lenders team! A special shout-out to the finance team member (I regret not catching her exact title) who handled my paperwork and even went the extra mile by helping install my car seat. The support from everyone made the process seamless, and I’m truly grateful!

2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

Faulkner Toyota TrevoseReviews
Faulkner Toyota Trevose review
Five Stars – Exceptional Experience with Richie Lyons and Anthony Rocchi. I recently purchased my new 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium from Faulkner Toyota, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, Richie Lyons did a terrific job helping me navigate the entire purchase. His professionalism and trustworthiness were exceptional. He was completely honest, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, ensuring all of my questions were answered without any high-pressure sales tactics. When it came time for the paperwork, Anthony Rocchi in the finance department was equally amazing. He was exceptionally helpful and completely transparent throughout the financing of the truck. Anthony took the time to explain everything clearly, making a part of the car-buying process that is usually stressful feel straightforward and smooth. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Faulkner Toyota and asking for Richie and Anthony. They truly go above and beyond to deliver a top-notch car-buying experience! Give Richie a call: 215-929-1754 you will love the whole experience.
2016 Honda Civic review
Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

KIA on the Boulevard review
From the very beginning the communication was great! Even tho I did not get the chance to make the purchase on the vehicle (missed by a few minutes of someone else purchasing it). Michael was very helpful and upfront with the information he gave to me. Something so simple as giving the complete OTD price he gave on the first time asking and his response time was great with all other information. Even without me purchasing I would def come back with the hopes of actually getting the purchase on the next go around with him (I would have to be a second faster to complete th deal, lol).

Great little car. Obviously reliable and easy to fix. Get one with the 5 speed and you will really love it. Mine only has 31k miles.

CarMax West Broad review
We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!
2015 Honda Civic review
It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

2014 Honda Civic review
Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

Conicelli Autoplex review
I recently purchased a new car from Conicelli Autoplex and had an outstanding experience thanks to Cameron Berga. From the moment I walked in, Cameron was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was never any pressure, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Cameron truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he cares about his customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

J. L. Freed Honda review
Honda 5 out of 5 Stars Oct 25, 2022 Cindy A Great experience at JL Freed leasing my second Honda. Moved up from my 2020 Civic into a shiny red CRV-EX. LOVE it!!! Jake Klein was awesome salesperson- informative, pleasant, not pushy or phoney! Really lisened to my concerns and new car needs. Did not try to upsell and was mindful of my budget. Received a fair, generous trade-in value for my perfect condition 2020 Civic. Chris in finance was very helpful as well. On his game, knows just how to make the process smooth and again, great customer service! Thanks too to Sales Manager Jasun!! CRV rides awesome, looks super sharp in red and feels solid and safe. Love the design changes and extensive safety features. This is my 5th Honda vehicle! Got Freed’s very 1st 2023 CRV!! 😊 Cindy A

2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Bergey's Ford of LansdaleReviews
Bergey's Ford of Lansdale review
Bergey's Ford of Lansdale has been our Go-To dealer for new car sales and vehicle service for about 16 years now. Recently needed a service visit for a Ford Recall. When I stopped in to make the appointment Gina suggested I use their Valet Service and I agreed to that since the time for the recall would be uncertain. This was a very nice arrangement and they called and provided Text Messaging to let me know when the valet would be arriving and how the work was progressing. DJ also called to let me know the service was completed and they would be bringing the car back. This whole experience was great and along with the years of service we have had with our cars, we would be more than happy to recommend them for service as well as the sales department.
