I bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid through Driveway.com from Volkswagen of Salem. This was my first time buying a car on line. I was nervous about sending a cashier's check before I actually saw the van. Lian from Driveway.com handled most of the final paperwork, sent extra pictures of the van, worked with me to see the van before I sent the cashier's check. Once I saw the van I sent the Cashier's check as promised. The Lithia dealership near me let me drive it home the next day. Kristina from Volkswagen of Salem helped me with the registration of the van in California. She took the time to explain the registration process, extended the temporary plate and registration, sent the necessary docs to the DMV in CA, emailed me copies of the docs, DMV in CA received it, all the docs were in order, and I received my new license plates and Calf. registration that day. The entire Lithia team made the transaction seamless and kept me up to date on the process of purchasing the car out of state. Buying on line widened my selection of this van and provided a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car. 2015 Honda Civic review
I bought mine as a pre owned. 32k miles. I've been hard on it too. I've gotten mine to hit 136mph on the interstate WITH the cvt. Most people don't know how to drive even an automatic. Let off and get right back on and get on hard. Car will downshift to a lower "gear" and hold the rpms in the higher range. Car has been amazing to me. I've only replaced tires, and oil/oil filter since I bought it. 0 problems and that's even after I rear ended a mustang! It wasn't even out of alignment after! 16.2k for a pre owned car with a nice HUD and blind spot camera. Definitely buying a Honda next

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. 2016 Honda Civic review
Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

2015 Honda Civic review
It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

2007 Honda Civic review
LOVED my 2007 Honda Civic LX, 2 door coupe, 5 speed manual transmission...great gas mileage and very fun to drive! Bought it used in 2020 and over the years, I did have to have the engine mounts replaced in 2023, a new clutch in 2024 and new struts in 2025. Unfortunately in August, 2025 I was in a wreck where I hit a tree head on and spun backwards down an embankment where a bush stopped me from going into a river. I blacked out and don't remember most of it but I do know my air bags deploying and my crash bar in front saved my life! Unfortunately she lost hers and was totaled in that wreck. I have missed her every day and would recommend the Honda Civic to anyone...

2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. 2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!
2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

2021 Honda Civic review
I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

2010 Honda Civic review
Reliable car I'm 6ft 3 inches tall and fit decently in the car. This little thing handled the snow okay and the car has good gas mileage paid 8k for it with 48 thousand miles on it. Takes long trips good only thing I've noticed is the vibration due to the motor mounts that's about it over very reliable
