2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

We just purchased a car from Chris Lucas. He was fantastic. I highly recommend him for your next purchase and I highly recommend Hendrick?s Honda of Concord.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

2026 Honda Civic review
I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

Honda of ConcordReviews
Honda of Concord review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Chris Lucas at Honda of Concord! A few months ago, I walked in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted: a 2026 Honda Passport in a very specific trim and color. Chris showed me exactly what I was looking for, explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood all the features. Most importantly, he never once tried to talk me into something different or pressure me into making a decision. He listened to what I wanted and respected it completely despite it being my first time ever buying a vehicle and not knowing much about the process. I was upfront that I wouldn?t be purchasing for a few more months, and Chris was still just as helpful and accommodating. We exchanged contact information, and when I was finally ready, I reached back out to him. The deal came together just like that! The process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free because I already knew I was working with someone I could trust. What impressed me most was that Chris understood the value of building a relationship with a customer rather than simply trying to make a sale that day. He respected my timeline, never made me feel rushed, and gave me every reason to come back to him when I was ready. That level of patience, professionalism, and genuine customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Chris Lucas is an incredible asset to Honda of Concord, and I sincerely hope his management team knows how well he represents the dealership. He made me feel heard, respected, and confident in my purchase from the very beginning. If you?re looking for a salesperson who genuinely listens, knows his vehicles, and puts your needs first without making you feel pressured, ASK FOR CHRIS! Thank you, Chris, for helping me get the exact 2026 Honda Passport I had my heart set on and making the entire experience such a positive one. You earned my business, my trust, and this extremely long five-star review. If I ever purchase another vehicle, you?ll absolutely be one of the first people I contact! ????? P.S. I named her Reverie :)

The service was immediate. As soon as I brought my car in, the advisor greeted me. After about thirty minutes, he showed me the diagnostic and recommendations in order to keep my car running in good shape . I appreciate the advisor prompt service, most importantly the advisor was courteous.
2026 Honda Civic review
I commute 30 miles a day, but it doesn't feel like it in my '26 Civic Sport hybrid sedan. I drive twisty roads, inclines and the freeway, and the car handles 'em all like a champ. It has the comfort, smooth ride and acceleration of my previous 2018 Accord Sport with way better gas mileage (45-50 mpg). I also like the dash/instrument layout and easy-to-use infotainment system. So if you're like me, a cheapskate who also enjoys spirited, comfortable driving, the Civic may be the right car for you! (I personally prefer the sedan over the hatchback, but that's just me.)

2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Colby Colson is the most chill car salesman ever! No pressure, all vibes, just cool as a cucumber. Even when we encountered some pain points, it was smooth sailing the whole way and Colby navigated the experience with ease from start to finish. Highly recommended!!!!
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

Your waiting room is nice and comfortable but an two hour oil change is way too long!
2026 Honda Civic review
This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.
