Used 2019 Honda CR-V for sale near Pemberwick, CT

We had a great experience overall, especially with Tom. He was helpful from start to finish and we really appreciated how quickly he was able to get us into the car we wanted. The only area for improvement is the final business/finance step. The discussion of additional products felt more pressured than I expected, and I’d prefer those options be introduced earlier so the pickup feels more celebratory.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Car shopping was a complete nightmare for me. It seemed like every dealer was taking advantage of charging thousands over the MSRP. No one wanted to talk to me and if I did get anywhere, there was no follow up, no customer service. It's quite obvious this is a seller's market and no one cares about the consumer. It's all about the dollar signs. I felt enormous pressure to provide a deposit in order to secure a car before I even met with anyone in person, most of the dealerships being pretty far away. I made an appointment to meet with a salesman at Curry, being pretty local to me, thinking it would just be another disappointment. I was wrong when I was introduced to Steve Tapia. Steve was kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I test drove a CR-V, already knowing that's what my heart was set on. Steve let me know he had the exact car I was looking for, in the color I wanted, on the way, and provided clear and fair pricing. I went in on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday I drove off the lot in my new car. He made it so ridiculously easy and efficient. Steve is a gem and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the Curry Honda dealership.

We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

I cannot believe how great I was treated. I was treated Like I was Al Pacino. Everyone was sooooooo professional. 1 to 10, everyone from staff passing by me to several people that I dealt with professionally gets a 10. Now there is one staff member named Nick who gets an 11, even though you guys don't give an 11, I think you should add that number for special people like Nick. I work with thousands of people at Riker's Island Jail, and the next person that tells me they need a car, is going to get Nicks's number. Please give Nick a free coupon to Applebee's' or Red Lobster (u can afford it), because Nick did everything he said he was going to do and more (never met anyone like this guy professionally before).

Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window.
