My overall experience was excellent. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Eric McGee, Sales Consultant. He provided me with the opportunity to take my time to view the vehicles in the showroom, as well as to test drive the vehicles that interested me and my family. Throughout the process, he was informative and answered all my questions which provided me much needed clarity. I did not feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. In fact, I was at the dealership for over five hours without feeling pressured. This experience allowed me to make the best selection with a payment that was comfortable for me to make over the course of the contract. Eric informed me that he had been in the auto sales business for well over a decade and his years of experience were demonstrated throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, patient and informative. His connectivity with me and my family insured me that I was making the right decision in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

They found me a 2024 Cadillac XT4 and I love it. My husband and I switch to Napleton Cadillac because they have wonderful followup and my salesperson Jimmy was very helpful and got us in and took great care of us. Isaac made the transaction seamless. Now Napleton has two Cadillac owners for life. It was a wonderful experience at Napleton Cadillac in Oak Lawn.

I'm from Chicago but grew dissatisfied with the crappy service city dealers gave me so I traveled some distance away from the city to Muller Honda and I'll tell you my experience was fabulous . I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change and tire rotation. I fell in love at first sight with their service area set up and their transparency to do business. You can actually see them working on your car real time not like the city dealers that kidnap your car for 2 hours and you don't see what's being done or not being done. The price was right, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Muller< I love you guys, this was my first time here and I can assure you it won't be my last.

Fairly new to Rohrman Schaumburg with a used Honda purchased elsewhere. So far so good. Convenient location and comfortable waiting room. If the wait is too long, have both been able to get a ride home and back, or receive a car to get around in the interim for longer waits. Service personnel have been great and Chris has already helped me on two separate occasions. Just be forewarned - 3% service charge for credit card usage.
