Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

On a 110+ degree day, AC went out. As I stopped by Arrowhead Honda with no set appointment, Grant Foster took charge of my AC repair request & within hours brought back cool & working AC. I would say an excellent job done!

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

AutoNation Honda ChandlerReviews
AutoNation Honda Chandler review
My wife Adriana and I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda Chandler, and although our experience had a few bumps along the way, we genuinely appreciate the effort their team put into making things right. I initially spoke with Andrew on Friday, and when we arrived on Saturday, Isaac stepped in and helped us through the purchasing process. We appreciated his time and assistance. We traveled from Sierra Vista expecting to bring the Pilot home, but unfortunately, there were several mechanical and cosmetic concerns that still needed attention. This meant leaving the vehicle at the dealership and eventually making another trip to the Phoenix area to pick it up, which was a little frustrating considering the distance. However, we really appreciated that the dealership provided us with a loaner vehicle while our Pilot was being worked on. That was a thoughtful gesture that made the situation much easier. Their service department also put considerable time and effort into addressing nearly everything they had agreed to fix, including some significant repairs. Of course, we wish the vehicle had been fully prepared before our purchase, and clearer communication along the way would have made the experience smoother. But we also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address concerns. We've had our Pilot home for a few days now, and we're happy with our purchase! We're grateful to Andrew, Isaac, and the service team for their help and for the work that went into getting everything taken care of. Thank you, AutoNation Honda Chandler! We appreciate your efforts and look forward to making many good memories with our Pilot.

Centennial Leasing and Sales review
I wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for Keith Campbell - Keith was our sales contact for a recent new vehicle purchase that my wife and I made. Keith listened to our needs and helped us find a vehicle that was perfect for what we were looking for. He went above and beyond, even measuring interior dimensions to make sure that it would suit our requirements. The whole process had zero pressure and Keith was clearly there to help and as a result, we highly recommend him and will be back for additional purchases. Bravo!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.
