2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

2017 Honda CR-V review
Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

2024 Honda CR-V review
Purchased at Lease return, a 2019 with 20k miles, I am at 70k and its been consistent. Gas, Oil change, minor filters, wipers etc. getting average around town 32 MPG on long trips if i stay under or at 70 MPH it gets close to 40 MPG (Its not a hybrid)

Vicky, the mother, is soft-spoken, kind, and always ready to help with whatever you need. Mike is one hell of a salesman! He always gave me options, listened to what I was looking for, and even kept me in mind whenever a new vehicle hit the lot. And Sara, she is absolutely amazing at what she does. As someone with challenging credit, Sara did everything she possibly could to help me get approved, working with different lenders and continuing to try for me. When you have challenging credit, it can be extremely difficult and discouraging trying to get a vehicle. After going to so many big-name dealerships and constantly being told no, you really start to lose hope. That was around the time I walked into Hawthorne Motors Express. Looking back, it honestly feels like every place I went to before them led me right to Hawthorne Motors Express. It just made sense. One thing I can confidently say is that the quality of their vehicles speaks for itself. The cars I have seen and driven have been in exceptionally good condition. They drive amazingly, aren’t sitting at insanely high mileage, and they have relatively newer vehicles with fair price tags to match. I will always root for Hawthorne Motors Express, and I will always recommend my family and friends come here when looking for their next vehicle. This family has genuinely become friends of mine. 2017 Honda CR-V review
It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

2016 Honda CR-V review
On my opinion this is all out great car only thing I've had to have done to the car oil changes rate changes change the oil every 3,000 miles I keep your gas in over a half a tank in my opinion that's Were I keep my gas and that's about all the trouble I had with that car besides changing my battery it's been a great overall car I've been very impressed with the with this car and I hope by the time I change this car I would want to have the same kind of car for the same type of Independence that this car had I will buy another one in a heart beat...

2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. When I took my vehicle in this week for multi inspection oil change, I was provided friendly, attentive service and my car was given the attention it needed. Krystal, service advisor, provided me with a detailed, thorough report on my SUV (my Pilot is 21 years old and still runs great!) and gave me extra points to keep in mind as to the care to continue give my SUV over time to ensure it stays in great shape. The service is Five Star… I would have given a 5 star, but in learning the dealer no longer offers car wash service, it was a bit disappointing. As a customer, there’s nothing like that feeling of always loving to drive away with a clean car after the car has had work done. But nevertheless, Ocean Honda Service and advisors on board know their stuff with years of experience behind them. Thank you Service team.

Mostly, Honda quality fit & finish. Positives, 1.5l. Turbo motor. Inherited a 2017 AWD CR-V. Had to drive long way fm. Kalifornia to Colorado in late Nov. via Wyoming. Natch hit blowing snow. Car handled great . Good pickup . Good leather seats. Im 6'2". Lots head & leg rm. Great cargo space. 1200 mi. trip= 29+/- mpg. Negatives, very unintuitive entertainment console. Very un Honda like cruise control. Exterior looks( tad frumpy, funky).
