Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. 2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. 2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.
2023 Honda CR-V review
Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

2023 Honda CR-V review
My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

2024 Honda CR-V review
Purchased at Lease return, a 2019 with 20k miles, I am at 70k and its been consistent. Gas, Oil change, minor filters, wipers etc. getting average around town 32 MPG on long trips if i stay under or at 70 MPH it gets close to 40 MPG (Its not a hybrid)

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
2018 Honda CR-V review
To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.
