This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

What can I say. BMW Shrewsbury is the best BMW dealer in New England. They are a McGovern family owned dealership which prides itself on the highest level of professionalism. The communication and attention to detail is second to none. BMW Shrewbury will bend over backwards to go the extra mile to make things happen for their customers. They will search for you from other dealer allocations or have custom vehicles produced for you when many other dealers are lazy and just want to sell you their in stock vehicles. My sales associate, Nathan Reindorf, is awesome. Nate has been with BMW for 6 years, has a large client base and is simply excellent at his job. From the get go he was always friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient. Nate was able to get us our dream car, M4 Competition, from an already started build in Germany that was in allocation. The car came in quickly, was exactly as described and then Nate really stepped up to the plate. Nate and Paul finance were able to display their financial wizardry to get us where we needed to be in regards to monthly pricing. When making a large purchase such as a luxury vehicle it is important to feel as though you are getting a fair deal and with Nate you always knew he would be truthful and honest. After purchasing my vehicle Nate took the time to deliver the vehicle (go over all of the technology and functions). Matt, our service agent stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance if it was ever needed. I was contacted a few days after our purchase by both general managers, who both thanked me for my purchase via voicemail. How many dealerships have that attention to detail? We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

We had a great and low pressure experience buying a car with Stan. We wanted something very particular and they had it. The car is in great shape and they did an excellent job reconing it. After going to multiple dealerships and dealing with the typical "sales guy" Stan was a breath of fresh air!

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!
