I have gone to 18 different dealers through the Bay area, most that I went to wouldn't work with me on the price I wanted to pay for the cars, or would say I they have a car on their lot and when I got their the car would magically be gone. But when I called Josh at Vacaville Kia not only did he work with me on the price of the car he had, but he also had multiples of type of cars I was looking for, and he had a couple options for me when I got there, i finally decided on a 2018 Kia Sorento. Josh got me better than what I wanted for the exact price I wanted to pay. It was worth driving 100 miles away to see a dealer who had honestly and integrity, and I have never worked with more professional and helpful person as Josh, and if more dealers we're like him I wouldnt have been so absolutely frustrated with the car buying process the past few weeks. If I ever go to buy another car I will see Josh at Vacaville Kia!

I purchased my vehicle at Kastner Honda after comparing prices online at other dealerships for the same car. The buying process was quick and easy. I got my car at a great price and had excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Kastner Honda to anyone who is on the market for a new or used car.
I had my car in for service today, and the staff was so great. I just had to let people know. I got my last three cars there and was thinking about getting a new car soon, and this sealedvit, that I will get my next car from Kastner.
I was in a hurry but knew I needed an oil change so I brought my car into Kastner. Since I was running late I had someone else pick me up and I didn't have time to talk very long to the service technicians. They said the oil change and inspection would be about $95 but that they would call me. They called me 10 minutes later while I was on the road and confirmed $95. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick up the car and they had changed my oil checked all the fluids rotated the tires and they were only charging me $75 because they found an online coupon that they applied for me!
Kastner offer many choice of automotive repairs. Had just a basic oil and filter service, and found out it comes with complimentary tire rotation and car wash. After picking up my car they also vacuumed the inside! Not only did they save me a trip to the car wash, they saved me probably $20 bucks all for just having my vehicle serviced with them.
Mark really took his time to understand my family’s needs and point me in the right direction. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Traverse. Thank you SO MUCH Mark!!! You were the kindest salesman I have ever worked with.
It took me awhile to decide on the car I wanted to buy my daughter but decided on the Ford Edge. It took me almost as long to actually find a one in the color and all the options we wanted. Sac River Auto, in Davis had what we were looking for. I called Sac River Auto after hours, but at the time did not know they were closed but Mohammad answered. I told him I was interested and if he could come down on the price he said he has been getting a lot of interest on the Ford Edge and was already given an offer but the customer did not come back. I thought about it for a day and then gave him an offer with the stipulation that it had to have a full tank of gas since I had to drive it all the way back to the Fresno area (close to 3 hour drive). He laughed and agree as he understood why. I told him I was unable to pick up the car immediately since I had to work during the week so I gave him a deposit over the phone using a credit card. Note: Not all dealers will do such a thing, so this already gave Sac River Auto high marks in my book. We then arrived on Saturday to pick up the Edge, it was not pristine but still in good shape for a used car. I asked for a few minor fixes like putting air in the tires and changing one of the wipers since it was beginning to rain the driver's side wiper was not in good shape. Again, I told him I have to drive all the way back to Fresno. Everything else went smooth for the final transaction and then we drove it home.
After a few days, I retracted the sunroof on the Edge all the way back because it was warm and wanted to let it air out. Once it tracked all the way back I heard a strange click. Then a little later I tracked it back to its close position but it would not fully close. The sunroof was about one inch above the roof line and not closing completely. As you can image, I was not very happy. For those you wondering why didn't test it back at the dealer ship. Well I did but not all the way back because as mentioned earlier it was beginning to rain. The next day I took it to the Ford dealership to see what it would cost to fix it. Wow, what a racket, Ford was going to charge a fortune to fix the Sunroof and in checking with other dealerships my closest dealership was actually cheaper than many others. Now you can image how I may have felt. Angry and very frustrated. As with any used car they are sold "AS IS" and the dealer/seller has no obligation to fix it. That evening I text Mohammad and told him of the issue and that I was very frustrated. I understood he had no obligation to help but he did sell me a car with an issue. He called me saying he was surprised since he tested it himself. I found out later that the previous owner knew of the issue and added non-standard grease to help it close a few extra times. Anyways, Mohammad said he felt bad and would help me get it repaired. I tried to find someone locally that could fix it at a reasonable price but with no luck. Mohammad said he knew of some people but I would have to bring the vehicle to him which I scheduled to do the following Saturday. I dropped off the car at Sac River Auto and one of his younger employees took me to the train station so I could go back to Fresno while the Edge was being worked on. Once it was fixed I rode the train back to Sacramento and they picked me up at the station.
While it was not ideal that the sunroof ended up not working properly, Mohammad did help me get it fixed. I did have to spend a little extra but nothing like if I had to pay for the full repair at a dealership. Mohammad offered to help fix it and he came through. Now to some of you it may sound like that I was given a bad deal but again, I stress Mohammad had no obligation to help me get the car fixed financially or by any other means. But he understands what customer service means and how a simple experience like this can do for his business. I would definitely recommend Sac River Auto for used cars.

I just bought a certified pre owned 2017 Honda Pilot. I worked with Dave Collello who provided me really great customer service from when I first spoke with home on the phone to when he stayed late, passed closing hours, and made the deal.
I am a small business owner in the in home serivce industry and I know good customer service when i see it.
Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the buying process. He made my wife, my teenage son and myself feel very comfortable the whole time and made the process fun.
Best of all he worked a good deal with some add on options I requested.
If you're looking at a Honda I recommend asking for Dave Collello to help you.

Linda is the upmost professional, i have been buying vehicles from winter Chevrolet since you guys were on railroad ave. i have exclusively used Linda for all of my purchases and many friends and family. It was as usual a great experience and i truly appreciate her hard work she has done for me.
I don't recommend people very easy but Linda has taken care me, my family and my friends. every one has nothing but the best experience with your dealership.
Service was performed excellent except for a low tire indicator light which couldve been reset at the fuse box its a characteristic of a problem this car has but I am a tech So I corrected the problem but thank you for the good service Gabriel Martinez
