John Sisson Nissan review
The service Department is awesome. Erin, Ronnie, and Savannah are always friendly when I arrive for service. I would never take my car anywhere else. Prices are competitive and John Sisson stands behind the work they do. And I will not forget to mention Cindy Crawford. She is the first person you see when entering the dealership. Always stops what she is doing to talk to me. I appreciate that. Can’t wait for my next oil change 😊

Five stars for FRAUDULENT sales This dealership utilized the old carbon copy method for my sales cobtract. I assumed their computer system was down. I am a handicapped senior citizen. After I looked later, over this sales receipt, I couldn’t read it. I asked for a better copy. I was charged $35K - an amount even more than a new cat instead of the used car that I had purchased. The original sticker price was $28,800. They don’t care. Go to the dealership in Oxnard.

2022 Honda HR-V review
Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

CarMax HartfordReviews
CarMax Hartford review
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

Autos Direct of Fredericksburg - Lafayette review
Five-Star Review for Autos Direct of Fredericksburg, VA I recently purchased a vehicle from Autos Direct of Fredericksburg, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, Gary and his team demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and an unmatched level of customer care. Gary took the time to walk me through every step of the process with ease and transparency. What stood out most was his genuine approach to customer service—he made me feel like more than just a sale. I left not only with the exact vehicle I came for, but also with deep appreciation for how seamless and respectful the experience was. Even after the sale, Gary went above and beyond to assist with a small but important request related to my trade-in. His follow-through and attention to detail truly reflect the dealership’s values. If you’re looking for a trustworthy team, great vehicles, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Autos Direct Fredericksburg. Ask for Gary—you won’t be disappointed.

I purchased my car from Mylenbusch. Joe and Drew made the buying experience so easy. I took my car home. The next day the car had an issue to where I couldnt drive it. I called Drew, he apologized, took responsibility and had my car picked up within the hour. It was taken to One Stop Auto and he had the issue fixed for me. His customer service and professionalism was OUTSTANDING! Thank you Drew! I recommend Mylenbusch to all of my family and friends.

Munsterman Automotive Group review
Jared Slater made my son Kaleb's first vehicle purchase a great experience, and I can't thank him enough. Kaleb had never bought a car before, and Jared took the time to walk him through everything without ever making him feel rushed or talked down to. There were a couple of issues along the way, and that's really where Jared stood out. He handled every one of them quickly and honestly — he helped on his day off to address a concern with the truck and made sure it was completely resolved. That kind of follow-through is rare. Kaleb was very upset, but Jared made it right! Everyone in the office was kind and professional, and not once did anyone feel pushy or "sales-y." Our family will be choosing Munsterman Auto in Blue Springs every time we need a used vehicle. Thank you, Jared, for taking such good care of Kaleb!

My experience with Devin was amazing! He treated me with respect, kindness, and patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was always responsive, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. He went above and beyond in every way and I?m incredibly grateful for his help. I am looking forward to recommending him to everyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle. (Thank you, Devin!)

Kokomo Auto WorldReviews
Kokomo Auto World review
Call Adam Richardson! I will never go to another dealership again. I live 3 hours away in the Chicagoland suburbs. I was looking for a very specific Subaru and had visited several local dealerships. The price point was a little high and the customer service at all the dealerships were lacking. As if the cars will sell themselves. Not at Kokomo. I contacted them via email and immediately Adam Richardson called me back. Answered every question or concern I had. And sent me a personal video tour of inside and outside of the vehicle being honest about every single detail about the car so there would be no surprises when I arrived. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and worked out all financing, details and negotiations before I even arrived so I did not wast my time. Their price was the lowest in a 200 mile radius and had the most features on the car. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with. Went completely above and beyond for me. This is how all dealerships should be. Andrew and Christ helped out in the financial aspect and got me an amazing interest rate. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received there all around. No high pressure. Treated me and my family as if we were their family. So glad we made the drive out there. Will recommend this place to everyone I know.

1 year - no problems. Maintenance service was fast and good. No solutions made that I could find for lowering back hatch for short people, like me. Weatherproof floor mats a nice touch. Decent for the money.

It was a real pleasure working with Mo Hazzal and his team. Morgan the assigned sales associate did a tremendous job for us, from A to Z. From there we became friends. This great atmosphere has triggered our willingness, my wife and I, to do business with this merchant on a continuous basis.
