Performance Kings HondaReviews
Performance Kings Honda review
This review isn't great. I had gone in to have my oil changed, the windshield wipers replaced and the window seal on the passenger side. I arrived at about three o'clock, I left around seven. I was the last person to be seen. The person that I saw first and gave the information to did not put anything about the passenger side window seal. And that was one of the main things I wanted done. It was not even put on the report, we talked about it twice. When i was finally informed that my car was ready. The gentleman told me that the window seal wasn't on the report. So of course it wasn't done, and now it was too late to do it. I was very unhappy. So now I have to go back just to have them look at that window seal. I have never been unhappy with their service, but this made me plenty unhappy.

Wally was very helpful. He was low key, and listened to our wishes. We looked at several 2020 Hondas, and some 2021's. We took a road test in the 2021 Accord Sport Sedan and believed it to be the car we were looking for. Good experience!

I returned almost two months following service they provided, because of an issue with the service. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was even introduced to Mr. Castrucci, who made certain I was taken care of quick and comfortably. A communication error occurred, and Mr. Castrucci stood behind his commitment to my satisfaction. They graciously and generously went above what I expected and without my asking. I have had great service on several previous occasions and was always nicely treated. I would not hesitate to return again.

2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

CarMax West BroadReviews
CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

On August 11th, I took my vehicle into the dealership to have the tire inspected because I saw a screw in it. Brett was my service manager and he was great to work with. He keep me informed, sent me a video and explained what was found with the tire which as it turned out the screw must have worked itself out of the tire. The service area was the calmest I've experienced. It was very calming. Thank you Brett! I appreciate you!

We bought 2015 Honda CRV in 2016. Great car, Driving experience and routine maintenance increases car life. Every time take to my car for maintenance, always given honest advice and I respect their services. Only thing that is little expensive service cost. Still I would recommend to take it to them to fix the car.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Jeff Wyler Superior Honda review
My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our new Ridgeline from Superior Honda. Chang was our salesman, and he was top notch. He is very professional, knowledgeable, took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Superior Honda to anyone.
2024 Honda HR-V review
So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.
