Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly review
I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. After reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, I received a response within 15–30 minutes. I quickly connected with a sales advisor and was able to schedule a convenient time to come in. The entire process was incredibly efficient—I completed my purchase within 45 minutes of arriving at the dealership. The sales advisor was phenomenal, ensuring all necessary paperwork was prepared in advance, which made everything seamless. The car was cleaned, ready, and waiting for us to test drive upon arrival. I truly appreciate the level of organization and customer service provided. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for future purchases.

As a loyal Honda owner with multiple vehicles, I insist on having all my servicing done at the dealership, and Sport Honda consistently proves why they are the best in the business. The level of service here is truly exceptional. I especially want to highlight Brian, who has been my go-to service advisor for six years across three different cars. Having someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to rely on over the years makes a huge difference. Thank you, Brian, and the entire Sport Honda team for years of outstanding service!

Chevy Chase Acura review
Chevy Chase Acura was on my insurance company recommended body shop list which was great because I like to use a body shop related to my brand of vehicle (Honda) and they also performed scheduled maintenance on my vehicle I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle and everyone was pleasantly accommodating. I highly recommend their service and body shop departments for your vehicle. By the way I used to be a Chevy Chase Chevrolet customer the Acura dealership replaced.

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Group 1 Honda Owings MillsReviews
Group 1 Honda Owings Mills review
While taking my car to the Honda of Owings Mills may not have been as fast as taking it to Jiffylube or Firestone, my experience was leagues above. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment time and they took my car right away. They were on top of communicating with me as I sat in their waiting area, didn't try to pressure me on some of the extras they found while doing my oil, transmission, and tire rotation - which is much appreciated. I was always told by my parents to never go to the dealer, that they would overcharge, but my experience couldn't have been further from that. Not only did they do it for $100 less than their competitors, they were able to do it with a much nicer tone :) My service advisor, Ellery Queen, might have just been one of the best advisors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He made sure the technicians looked at the things I had asked about, apologized continously (even though he didn't need too!) when it took a little longer than expected, and was extremely kind and professional. He didn't nickel and dime me on the price, and it came out to exactly what I was quoted :) If and when I return to Honda of Owings Mill, I will be requesting Ellery

Honda of Chantilly review
We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.

Sheehy Honda review
Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a Honda.

From the sales representative, to the finance manager, to the general manager, everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with when we went through the new car purchasing process. Great experience compared to other dealerships, and highly recommended.

Easterns Nissan of White MarshReviews
Easterns Nissan of White Marsh review
Looking for your next vehicle online? This is the Way! So many things have changed in the past few years in the vehicle shopping process, but the team at Nissan of White Marsh is doing things right. I was shopping for my Frontier for over 5 months, and I was being patient to find the right vehicle at the right price. So many dealerships are quick to throw a number on a car-buying site; you can imagine what happens when you try to ask questions or confirm details- let alone talk price. Brice and the sales team at Nissan of White Marsh treated me with respect and patience even though I wasn't in the building. The transparency, integrity, and ease of communication with Jason in finance made an online and phone interaction feel like a 'hand shake deal'. They checked every box and answered every inquiry. In the end, the Value and Trust earned made it an easy decision to FLY FROM FLORIDA to do business here. If you are shopping online and want peace of mind with your major purchase- I hope that this review speaks to you. Nissan of White Marsh will treat you right and make the experience one to boast about. This is how it is supposed to be!
