Thanks to Denis! We just came to see the cars and check the price, and eventually left in a Ford F-150. Denis, you are an amazing manager who knows how not only to interest, but also to take into account all the preferences of the client. In addition, he also became our translator from English to Russian. Denis explained all the details, as a result, everything was clear and transparent to us in this transaction. Thank you, Denis, thanks to you, a working car has appeared in our family. And with the birth of the baby, it became very convenient and more comfortable to have 2 cars in the family. Denis, we wish you great sales, profitable deals and only super customers.

Honda of HollywoodReviews
Honda of Hollywood review
Went in to buy a used 2014 Honda Civic at a certain price point but as it turned out it was not available. Maz, the salesman that helped us out, was able to find a comparable 2013 Civic LX with similar miles and matched the price point of the car I came in looking for. Maz was very professional, not pushy at all, and gave me space to process what I was getting into with my new car. The staff at Honda Hollywood were very generous and the financing department was very flexible in meeting a price point and interest rate I was comfortable with. Lastly, Raphie in financing was very courteous and went through the financing contract in great detail and assisted us in buying a really good extended warranty on the car for peace of mind. Highly recommend Honda of Hollywood, you won't be disappointed.

INFINITI of Thousand OaksReviews
INFINITI of Thousand Oaks review
Was looking at the QX60, and Edwin Alas from Thousand Oaks Infiniti, was the salesperson assisting me. Very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all the details of the vehicle. I was looking for a particular color, and a few days later I got a call from Edwin saying the QX60 that I was looking for just came in! Went to look, was exactly what I was looking for! Everyone there was very friendly, from Finance managers,(Christian, Rob), salesperson Edwin! Overall experience was pleasant! Talk about service, I was having issues linking up my garage door, and I text Edwin, thinking he might suggest something, he came to the house on his day off, and linked up the garage door, and asked if I had any other questions about the car! Told me to call him, if I have any questions!!! Awesome guy! Awesome service! Never had this type of service from any car that we have purchased in the past!

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

After 3 years, I was able to upgrade from the 2022 to the 2025 HR-V. This is all thanks to the amazing salesman Manny at DCH Paramus. I left as happy as can be knowing that I had a smooth transition from my old to my newest car along with the best customer service!

I went to the dealership yesterday with my brother and had help from Alex Santos. He had excellent customer skills and answered every question we had for him. He made us feel very comfortable and confident with buying the car. I surely recommend this place and sales representative!
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!
